Stunning townhome. Few minutes from Winter Park Ski Resort and Town of WP

This Lakota townhome is located across the street from the entry to the base of Winter Part Resort / Old Town, and a short 4 mile drive to Town of Winter Park. The main level flows nicely from the living room with gas fireplace to the dining area and kitchen with all the necessities. On this floor you’ll find a powder room and primary bedroom with king bed and private en-suite bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find two bedrooms and shared full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other offers a twin over twin bunk. The lowest/entry level has an attached garage and laundry room. You’ll find its spacious and comfortable for one or even two families.

The smart Blu Ray player in living room gives you access to Netflix and other streaming services (with your personal account). Unit does NOT have cable (basic local channels in living room only). Netflix (with personal account), etc. in primary bedroom.

Parking for 2 vehicles.

Winter Park Resort is just 1.1 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.7 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.3 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Seamless experience. I recommend some minor improvements - upgraded mattresses, a new toaster, and living room sitting that accommodates the number of guests (there is only seating for five). Other than that, the place was awesome. Very well stocked kitchen, great location next to the mountain, and clean! Thank you so much!

Our group of six plus a toddler stayed here for a ski vacation. It's located very close to Winter Park (to the point where you could walk if you don't mind carrying skis for 15 minutes).

Big yet Cozy Place in Winter Park

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is spacious and really nice. It was perfect for our family ski vacation to Winter Park. Nice layout of beds and perfect for a family or two. The ski shuttle is just up the road and it was easy to come and go.

Great Winter Park Stay

The location is great, right by the main entrance to WP's base village (short drive to drop off skiiers or quick walk to shuttle stop). The home was comfortable and well-equipped. The whirlpool tub is a nice treat after a long day on the slopes! Management was great helping us to check-in early and to locate renting baby items needed. We had a wonderful time. Thank you!
