Welcome to your mountain getaway! This townhome is in Old Town Winter Park which is ideally situated less than 1 mile to the amazing Village at Winter Park Ski Resort. This beautiful mountain townhouse has endless features that will keep all guests happy: mountain views, extensive wood detailing, gaming loft, vaulted ceilings, large fully equipped kitchen, stone gas fireplace, a community hot tub, and a garage to keep your car out of the elements.
The entry area outside the front door features two benches with storage for shoes and coats. Upon entering you’ll feel welcomed by the open floor plan into the kitchen, dining and living area and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make an elaborate meal. The large wood dining table can comfortably seat 8. Relax on the private balcony (complete with gas grill), or cozy up on the couch in front of a gas fireplace and flat screen TV.
Down the hall you’ll find an in-unit washer and dryer and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom is to the left and offers a queen size bed, desk area, vast amounts of closet space, and en-suite bathroom. Heading to the second bedroom, you’ll pass by a full hall bathroom. The second bedroom has queen size bed, TV, and plenty of closet space.
Upstairs is the game room. Enjoy a game of pool, ping pong, darts, or choose from a large variety of board games. There’s a Jack and Jill full bath that has access from the game room as well as the third bedroom. This third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds: one twin over twin, one twin over full as well as a Roku TV. A quaint fourth bedroom loft has a full futon bed a chair that folds out to a single bed if needed (accessible only via ladder).

Parking: 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in the driveway (parking pass provided for the vehicle that is parked outside) Additional vehicles need to be parked "off-site" (we do not have additional parking passes that we can provide - Sorry)

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Please note if you are arriving by train, there is no facility on-site for luggage storage.

Nightly rate is based on occupancy up to 8 people. An Additional charge of $15 per person per night applies for more than 8 guests. (will be added when we confirm the reservation)

Winter Park Resort is just 0.9 miles away so you can enjoy it with family. The FREE resort shuttle will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 3.9 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.4 miles away at Fraser the town of Fraser.
