Elegant and cozy beach condo for your family vacation with pool and pond


This lovely home offers lots of space and an open floor plan. We love it because it is minutes from Cape Henlopen State Park which has beaches, drive on beaches, nature activities, an activity center, disc golf, bike riding and more. The condo has a pool which is a great place to relax! The pond attracts ducks and heron so you can have fun watching the wildlife. The condo has a beautiful island and feels more spacious than most condos. Another reason we love this unit is because it is quiet and tucked away from your typical beach noise and traffic. Easy to come and go being right off rt 1 before the outlets. It sleeps 7 with 3 queen beds and 1 twin loft bunk bed.

Convenient community pool available for you to cool off off during those hot summer days. Relax in the living room with a serene view of the pond with native birds or watch one of our beach themed blu ray DVDs on a 55" flat screen TV. Feel free to link up your video streaming accounts on the smart TV. Or have a fun playing board games in the sun room or balcony.

Utilize the expansive kitchen and easily prepare meals for your family or friends. Take advantage of the beautiful island and seating off of the kitchen. Enough space to spread out with seating for the whole family in multiple areas. Three bedrooms with queen size beds. The living room has a smart TV with a Blu Ray DVD player. We have a collection of beach themed DVDs for your enjoyment! The unit is on the second floor with an elevator and also a stair case. We also have a cart you can use for transporting your bags to the unit.

We had a very pleasant stay. We came on an October weekend, primarily for my son's baseball tournament in nearby Georgetown, but we also spent some time in Lewes and Dewey. Good food options nearby.The condo was clean, spacious and pleasant. We tried to tackle a large puzzle together, but couldn't quite finish. Would definitely come again if opportunity presents itself.

We absolutely love the property. I took my wife, daughter, son-in-law and grandson and the place was the perfect size for all of us. There were a lot o amenities, including board games, DVDs, a community pool and barbecue grill, which we took advantage of. Including withi in 10 minutes of Lewe's beaches.

Easy access to plenty of beaches and Cape Henlopen State park and minutes from dozens of excellent restaurants. The condo itself is comfortable and tastefully decorated. The private pool for the condos is perfect for a break from the sand and beach with the kiddos. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I live in Wilmington DE. We love visiting the beach, fishing, going to concerts and playing disc golf. I like being a host because I'm able to share our beautiful condo with other families who love the beach too. It is also a great way for us to provide for our 2 kids so we can make happy memories at the beach with family.

Why they chose this property

The condo is in a quiet neighborhood right off of route 1 so its very convenient. You have the best of both worlds, easy access to the beach and restaurants but also very peaceful and quiet for relaxing by the pond or the pool. We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to Cape Henlopen and Lewes beach and also because it is the first beach city if driving south, so it doesn't take as long to drive to. Oh, and its walking distance to Surf Bagel, so a big plus :)

What makes this property unique

The pool is a huge plus. Also, the condo is walking distance to a winery, Surf Bagel, the liquor store, and close to the beach. Also, its hard to tell from the pictures but our condo is much wider and larger (sq footage) than all of the condos we looked at purchasing. There is a large sunroom with a balcony that overlooks the pond.
