Monument gun cottage has its own character

Relax during your Ostfriesland vacation in our beautifully restored in 1998, the comfortable and quiet on the mound Fries house whose foundation stone was laid in 1799. All rooms are bright and friendly, even decorated and fired ceramic tiles give the house a very personal touch. The furniture was put together so that all our guests can feel comfortable around. Relax in the cozy living room with wood-burning fireplace (firewood we place for you) and a modern flat screen TV. On the ground floor you will find the small bedroom with a comfortable double bed.
In the kitchen for a 4-burner electric stove with oven, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and a microwave for quick meals. Coffee machine, toaster and egg cooker are about ready also. The house also includes a washer and dryer and two bicycles.
The house has 2 bathrooms, each with a toilet and a bathtub or a shower. In addition to the wall radiators in the bathrooms floor heating throughout the ground floor provides (except in the bedroom) for a pleasantly warm foot area.

The upper floor of our house is a single door-less room. The staircase is designed so that the transition fluidly into the room. The space is ideal for living and sleeping alike. The double bed is to transform a few steps into a couch instead. In addition, a single bed. Again, a TV with a DVD player and a CD player is available. For younger guests there is here a small children's play area with table, chairs and toys / board games.
