The first bedroom is located on the upper floor and features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). The second bedroom is also on the upper floor and has two single beds (0.90 x 2.00) as well as a small balcony.

The third bedroom is on the ground floor and features a single bed (0.90 x 2.00).

There is a bathroom with a shower and toilet on the ground floor, and a guest toilet on the upper floor.

The kitchen-living room on the ground floor is perfect for cooking and relaxing; from there, you have direct access to the patio, where you can unwind, barbecue, or simply let your mind wander.

The property is fenced in.

Surroundings / Leisure Activities:
It’s about a 10- to 15-minute walk to the centre of Greetsiel with its romantic harbour (home to East Frisia’s largest fishing boat fleet), its various restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops, and many shopping options.
From there, you can reach the famous twin windmills of Greetsiel and the extensive network of canals—which is perfect for short boat tours—in just a few minutes.
Also located in the centre of Greetsiel is a large children’s playground with an adjacent mini-golf course, a beach volleyball court, and a ping-pong table for recreational activities. A small swimming lake and the dike are also within easy walking distance.
The famous Pilsum Lighthouse (“Otto” Lighthouse, approx. 4 km) and the Leysiel Lock (approx. 7 km) are perfect for a leisurely short hike or a relaxing bike ride along the dike.
