About this property

The house is on the hill, beautiful views, upstairs three bedrooms, downstairs kitchen, living room, family room, and powder room. Owner stay in the basement with their own entry, dogs friendly, park in front of the house, the place is very safe! We don't allow people under 25 of age to rent, rental from 3 to 30 days or more. For any reasons if you need to ask me something, text me: 760 Birds, 442 pigs, 1302 fishes.

Place is quite, neighbors are elderly people, No parties or events please.

Great Space in a Convenient Location

Lots of space for everyone and comforts of home made our stay very enjoyable. Figure a 10-minute drive to the beach and easy access to nearby stores.

Great place, amazing hosts!

The house was spacious and was well maintained. Located in a quiet neighborhood and was close (5 mins) to restaurants and supermarkets. The host was very accommodating and handled everything perfectly. Will definitely come back to this property. 5 stars!

Big house, friendly owner

The house is actually 3 stories, and the owner lives in the lockoff in the lowest level (main entryway opens to the middle and top floors). House was very clean and gigantic; owner was very helpful when we had an issue with the AC.

Beautiful view in Carlsbad!

We thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO experience! The home was clean and well stocked! Plenty of room for all and we loved cooking in the beautiful kitchen! The tv remotes were difficult to operate as they were dated and there were no instructions or passwords. Otherwise we had a wonderful visit! Thank you!!

Summer in Carlsbad

What a beautiful home! Large, spacious and well equipped. Work brought me to San Diego, and I needed a comfortable home for me and my dog. The home was cozy and comfortable, and the yard is spectacular! The location is wonderful -- a very short drive in any direction takes you to anywhere you'd want to visit: beaches, restaurants, shopping, Wildlife Safari Park, LegoLand, and more. Del Mar, Solana Beach and Encinitas are all within such an easy reach, fine dining and nightlife is always nearby. Fantastic communication made check-in super easy. Great for families and large groups. 5-stars!!!
