Beautiful Condo in World Renowned Carlsbad Resort in La Costa

Beautiful studio size condo located in Carlsbad's most famous Resort and Spa. We are committed to VRBOs Covid-19 cleaning & sanitizing protocols. The condo has an open concept with 2 Queen Size beds and a Queen size pull-out Sofa-Sleeper. Newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances, countertop bar, new cabinetry and flooring. 2 bathrooms with one full master bath with shower. Walk to the resort shops, kids arcade, sports bar and Bob's Steak and Chop House. Golf at the Champions Golf Course or spend the day at the famous Spa. Enjoy the private pool and bbq with your family or guests. Gated garage parking also available. The resort is located just a mile or two from Southern California's most beautiful beaches, Legoland amusement park, Carlsbad outlet mall, Carlsbad flower fields and some of the best fine dining in the country.
Our building is not owned by the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa® so our guests do not have access to the tennis, hotel pool or fitness club but do have access to the golf, spa, restaurants, bars, boutique shops, business conference center and the beautifully landscaped resort...all for a fraction of the cost of the hotel. Daily maid service not provided.

Carlsbad perfecto

This property is perfect for my needs. It is easy to get checked in to and enter. The reserved parking in the garage is great. Its proximity to the Omni La Costa resort makes it a great stay.

Cozy, Comfortable unit

We stayed in this unit for a week and found it suited all our needs. The owner is very attentive to any questions or issues that may arise. The fact that this owner’s policy is “No Pets” was very important for us. We will plan a future stay here and highly recommend it!

Relaxing getaway

It was nice to have a relaxing getaway durning a very unrelaxing remodel! This condo is clean, cozy and nicely decorated. Close to our home the beach, shops, and restaurants. The owner was responsive and took care of all our needs including booking a last minute extra night.

One Week Beautiful Condo Stay

The condo is as represented, very clean and with a more than adequate supply of supplies. Stay was comfortable and without any issues, though the lockboxes on the door were somewhat a pain. The condo is very suitable for short term stay at La Costa, and I would recommend it.

Excellent rental

This is the nicest stay (of many) in the Carlsbad area, due to the convenience and quality of this condo. It's perfect for 1-2 people and location can't be better. The condo is quiet and tastefully furnished without a lot of clutter. The supplies of paper products, kitchen supplies and toiletries are much appreciated. A must-stay for return visit.

Our condo provided a wonderful place to relax at the end of busy days with family. The location is perfect for anything in Carlsbad or Encinitas. Love having a designated parking space in a covered secured area. MIke, our host, is a good communicator. Hope to return to the condo on our next visit.

Comfy Carlsbad resort

I stayed at the condo for a weekend getaway and everything was detailed with easy instructions to get into the building and the unit. I liked the extra security as well as the security for the garage to keep my vehicle while I was there. The place was cute and clean and next time I’m back in Southern California I’ll look to rebook!

Spacious Studio

We enjoyed a quick weekend beach visit and this studio perfectly met our needs. It lived much larger than a typical studio, (two bathrooms!) and we enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and the marketplace at the resort. Great communication with owner.

Excellent host/great condo

Mike responded immediately by phone to two questions I had and resolved my issues. Condo was great ...unfortunately I locked myself out at 8pm Sunday night. Mike drove over and put a key in the lock box in 20 minutes.
