About this space
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Sprouts, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries. Just 3 miles from Moonlight beach and incredible sunsets. While it is a large comfortable home—guests can bring no more than 3 vehicles (per city code) and must always park in the driveway.

We have all the amenities you’ll need plus a vitamix, breville juicer, keurig, and fully stocked kitchen.

Also, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, and boogie boards to take to the beach. Rentals are also available at Moonlight during the summer season.

We had a great stay. We were in Encinitas for a wedding, the weather was beautiful, the beach was the best, and the house perfect for us. We got a quick response to every question we asked jeni before our stay, and had no questions when we arrived. Everything we needed was easily found. We were three generations, and it worked well for all of us.

Lovely home with impressive master suite. All who stayed enjoyed the property. Close/ walking distance to grocery and many other stores. Everything was clean and well appointed. We were happy to have the library of children's books as the kids are reading Chronicles of Narnia and forgot their books so we were happy to see them on the shelves. The piano was also a great find so my daughter could practice. My daughter also fell in love with the lemon tree and many delicious lemonade were had. The owner and manager had great communication! 10/10 highly recommend!

Why they chose this property

We raised our kids here in this home so it is very near and dear to us. We love the easy access to the beach and great restaurants all around us.

What makes this property unique

Because we frequently stay here ourselves, we like to have all the comforts of home--like a double oven for cooking for big families, juicer, vitamix, mixer, and everything we'd need for cooking great meals; including a garage fridge (but you must let us know if you need it so we can plug it in 24 hours before your stay).
