THIS 2 BEDROOMS, 2 FULL BATHS BEACH HOUSE IS LOCATED ON NETTLES ISLAND WHICH IS A GUARD GATED RIVER COMMUNITY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE ATLANTIC OCEAN. NETTLES ISLAND HAS SO MANY FUN THINGS TO DO, 2 HEATED SWIMMING POOLS ONE ON THE OCEAN WITH BEACH ACCESS, TENNIS, PICKLE BALL, HORSE SHOES, A LARGE CLUBHOUSE, WORK OUT ROOM, CAFE', GAMES FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY, LIBRARY, CHURCH SERVICES, OVER 40 DIFFERENT CLUBS AND SO MUCH MORE.

Our "home away from home"

This place was perfect! Our conversations with the owner prior to our arrival, gave me a good indication of the quality of this rental property, but it was even better after we arrived. Not only is the house in an excellent location, it is decorated exactly to my taste! (I know that is a great coincidence, but it really made us feel at home!). Anything and everything you could possible need for your stay (except perishable groceries) were in the house, even down to spices, and condiments as well as paper products and every possible pot or pan needed to create a gourmet meal.

Nice little house

This was a cute little house to stay in. Great location, close to the rec hall/pool and to the little store and Saunders. My only complaint would be the master bath had someone’s hair on the floors and in the shower. But nothing a quick clean can’t take care of. The house smells a little like stale smoke. It could be from being closed up for awhile. But it didn’t go away as the week went on. Just know if you’re sensitive to smells. All in all it was a nice place to stay in. Easy check in and easy check out is a bonus!

This houses was so clean and beautiful! The description was exactly correct. Such easy instructions!

Very Nice Cottage

We have been coming to Nettles Island for several years. This is one of the best units we have rented. It’s very clean, decorated nicely and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend this place.

Looking for a clean place near the beach.

Kathleen was our host. Her place has 2 full baths. 2 nice size BR. On Nettles Island. One of my favs has always been Shuckers on the beach , great food. Music. It’s right across the road. This house is very clean , updated. Has everything you need to be comfy. Sara Eidel.

Lovely cottage

Very enjoyable well equipped beach cottage. Owner communication was great and ocean front pool and beach were delightful. Location on the island cannot be beat. A really nice home away from home while exploring all that Jensen Beach and Hutchinson Island offers.

Nettles Island get away

Nettles Island is a great community on Hutchinson Island. Near beaches and restaurants. Close to Stuart, Jenson beach and Ft. Pierce. The property was well appointed and near the pool and clubhouse.

The property is owned by Rick and Kathleen Klein. We fell in love with this property and fell in love with the island as well. It has everything you could think of and so much more. We are planning on retiring in the next two years. There shouldn’t be anything you need, but If there is anything, we are just a phone call away. We have friends that are managing our property and live on the island.

It is four years old and beautifully appointed home. Great appliances, beautiful decor and homey feel will make you want to stay awhile.
