Welcome to "The Sea Turtle," a delightful vacation destination 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium that offers 4th floor direct oceanfront views and a private community swimming pool and beach dune crossing just steps away from your front door. This residence has recently been updated with new vinal woodgrain flooring throughout the living areas and bedrooms, fresh paint, and full refurnishing of the decor.  Sleeping accomodations include a king size bed in the Master Bedroom, two twin beds in the Guest Bedroom, and a deluxe queen size inflatable air mattress if needed.   A wide flat screen TV in the living room is surrounded by comfortable seating for inside relaxation, but this home also offers an oversize balcony directly accessable from both the Living Room and Master Bedroom overlooking the oceanfront beach and blue water beyond.  Plan your day with breakfast and the sea breeze at sunrise, or end your afternoon recreation with beverages and dinner.  There is nothing more relaxing than the sound of the surf and gentle ocean air. This property rental also provides it's guests access privileges to the Marriott Resort Ocean Club if you wish to enjoy on-site golf, tennis, fitness center, and beachclub access in addition to the private community pool and ammenities included within your condominium building. Please contact Ocean Club Pro Shop at 772-225-6819 for information regarding fees and guest membership access. The Spoonbill Condominium Association prohibits smoking anywhere on the Spoonbill premises.

We were suppose to be on the top floor the 4th floor as it's said on the paper! but we got the 3rd floor and people above us was noisy night and day!!the next day the Agence ask us to move to another apartment because the balcony was being repainted or not using the balcony during our stay. This was stressful! but we stayed anyway.The conforter in the bed was dirty, really dirty. It was cold and we could't use the conforter. It was disgusting!! We have been renting a lot with VRBO and it was a big disappointment!! for 500 a night!!!

Hutchinson Island reyreat

Loved the condo on Hutchinson Island.I was thrilled to have found it!Best view ever and in a perfect spot for enjoying the ocean, pool and Stuart and surrounding areas.The condo was lovely, clean and well appointed with everything you need to have a stress free stay.Appreciated the beach chairs, and extra towels.Great Stay.

Beautiful view of the ocean

This place has the most amazing view of the ocean. We woke up to beautiful sunrises every morning. You can actually see the sunrise from the master bedroom. Downtown Stuart had great places to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Great condo- oceanfront is the best! It was very clean and well equipped. Checking in/out was very easy. Building was quiet and relaxing. Beach entrance was very close. Easy drive to all shopping, restaurants, etc.

Beautiful, welll-equipped condo with lovely furnishings. Beds were very comfortable and everything we needed for beach was provided… beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, etc. Gorgeous ocean view. Would love to stay here again!

Magnificent Location

We were overwhelmingly impressed with the beautiful view, amenities, ease of transaction and the condo, location and parking. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with ample comfortable seating. The ocean breeze was just amazing on the patio. Coming back here every opportunity.

great quiet place

we had a wonderful time at this location. The views are absolutely breathtaking. We went in April, which is not the busy season and it was absolutely perfect. The condo itself is an older condo, but is decorated very well and is very clean. Host were wonderful and everything was great. Couldn’t say enough great things about it.

As advertised, despite Ongoing Construction Noise

The property is nice, clean, well-kept but does need updating overall. Additionally, the construction and noise is extremely annoying starting promptly at 8 a.m. daily.
