About this property

BeachFront Easy beach access. No stairs or elevators! Beach service included.

Island Sands Unit 106.

Located directly on the beach, ground floor unit with the beach right outside of your sliding glass doors.

Enjoy the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets from your private patio and the sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water. Please see pictures and labels for more detail on view.

The unit has a completely stocked kitchen and a washer and dryer for your laundry needs. The living room and bedroom have a television. Living room has a Smart TV and the bedroom a flat screen with DVD. Free WIFI is also available. The bedroom has a queen bed with a 1/2 bath.The living room has 2 queen sofa sleeper sofas. A full bath is located in the hall.

There is a pool with lounge chairs and tables. BBQ and picnic areas are located near the pool. A private BBQ pit is also provided on our patio. Chair and Umbrella beach service is included March - October.

There are a lot of shops, restaurants, night life, water parks close by. Fishing is available by boat charter, fishing pier (only two miles away) and on the beach. The outlet mall in Destin is just a short drive away. You can enjoy lots of activities or just relax on the beautiful beaches.

3 day minimum, Prime summer by the week only. A week is from Saturday to Saturday. Monthly rentals November-February.

Check in is at 4:00pm and check out is at 10:00am

Must be 25 years or older to rent. No Pets allowed, No Smoking, No Parties

We purchased our unit in December of 2000 from a friend as an investment and beach home. We have always loved going to the beach every summer and thought it the perfect opportunity to have our own place at the beach.
