We had a wonderful time. The home was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made everything easy. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway-would definitely stay again!
Very nice place on a mountain with vineyards nearby.
We enjoyed this stay at a very relaxing property located up a mountain in wine country. The owner welcomed us and it set a nice tone for our time there. We liked the natural setting and highly recommend it to others.
We found Evan’s beautiful cottage while looking at hotel rooms for an upcoming wedding in Santa Rosa. What a lovely surprise! During the few days of festivities we were able to escape to this quiet, cozy, and scenic hideaway. We even took a long (and aerobic) walk up the winding road to the top. What a beautiful site! Evan was easy to get in touch with and very responsive to all my questions prior to arriving. Thank you for a memorable stay!
If you’re looking for a quiet, cute and perfect spot in Sonoma County this is your spot. The space was perfect for my husband and I and the views were amazing. Nothing overly fancy but perfect for a weekend getaway. Close proximity to town for groceries, restaurants and wineries. 100% would stay again and recommend for everyone else to check it out.
We had a lovely weekend at this property. The place was a great size for two people, clean, and had beautiful views of the vineyards. It is up a windy mountain road but very close to Santa Rosa and all the activities there. Check in/out and communication was all very easy. Would definitely stay again.
We stayed here whiIe at a conference in Santa Rosa. The location worked well for this. The cottage is as pictured and was clean and comfortable. The host was great to communicate with and got right back to us with any questions. Would definitely recommend!
This was an engagement trip I took with my fiancé and it was so much more than we expected. The property is beautifully landscaped, peaceful and quiet. We sat on the back patio every morning facing the private vineyard and enjoyed the sun shining and peaceful moments drinking our coffee. It was a great location for vineyards nearby and dinner spots within 10-15 miles. Will come back again!!
Perfect for relaxing and unplugging for the weekend
This place did not disappoint, we had a very pleasant stay, had all you could ask for for a short stay and then some. Evan our host was great and communicated every step of the way. The cottage was perfect and had all amenities needed. Short drive to shopping and supplies if needed. Plenty of wine tasting nearby. Will definitely stay here again and would highly recommend.
We loved our stay at this cute little cottage. It was so peaceful, with many lovely spots to enjoy our coffee and wine. The bottle of wine the owner leaves was such a nice touch. The location is so convenient to head out to the many wineries and the coast. It was clean and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. I hope to come back and stay again.
This place was darling! It was perfect for my husband and I to stay a long weekend while we toured around the area.
It was very clean and cozy. We made breakfast every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and we had plenty of towels (always a bonus in my book).
The street is very quiet and secluded, yet close enough to everything that the wine tour we booked was able to pick us up right at the house.
There are lots of windows and I was surprised at how much closer/drawer and general storage space there is - impressive!
Evan was a super host and a great communicator when we had questions.
I would absolutely recommend! 10/10!
It was so awesome. Very private and quiet. Beautiful area with birds and especially Hummingbirds . Wish we had more time to enjoy this property. A kitchen, bathroom, a living room and fresh air. What else would you need. Easy access. Evan was the hostess with mostess. Every detail spelled out to the T. A bottle of wine and wonderful coffee to start your day.. will stay again when in the area.
Adorable studio cottage with a nice view of the vineyard. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and bathroom with a shower/tub. As others have stated it’s up a windy road but it’s only about 3/4 of a mile. Watch for the deer though. The bottle of wine was a nice touch. Thanks for a great long holiday weekend Evan. Would definitely come back.
Absolutely beautiful! This was a bit of paradise for my husband and me while we were visiting the area for the first time from far away Florida. Everything was nothing short of perfect for us. From the intimacy of the location to the spectacular views, the coziness and warmth of the bungalow; it was bliss. The hosts were very generous, and quick to respond with questions. My husband had some TV withdrawal but I couldn’t have been happier about that! Wonderful place in a wonderful location. We would go back again and again given the opportunity. This is a very special place. We will treasure the memories of our stay here for a very long time.

Wonderful home overlooking a vineyard
We really loved this home. The location was very convenient to many different areas of wine country. The view of the vineyards was great and the owner was nice to give us a bottle of wine from the grapes that were grown there. The only issues I had was that I was not sent any check in or check out instructions and had to ask what to do. I’m used to that being automatic. When the owner didn’t respond at check in we just showed up at the place and thankfully the door was unlocked. There was a note there written to a previous renter but not us. We did get there a couple of hours early so perhaps that would have been switched out if he had more time. Check out also didn’t have instructions but fortunately it was very easy and he did eventually respond and tell us that we could just leave the place as it is. That was convenient. Just would have been nice to know the rules without having to ask. Otherwise the place was amazing.
My husband and I truly enjoyed coming back every afternoon, to relax and look over the vineyard and down into the valley. Perched high, this almost tiny house, had everything we needed for a delightful stay. The unit had tons of light, and with the windows open, an amazing cross breeze every morning and evening. Highly recommend.
This is a beautiful place to stay. The home was so peaceful and surroundings were serene. We had a weekend getaway for my husband’s Birthday and had a wonderful time! The house is located very close to great restaurants in Santa Rosa. We ate at Ca’Bianca, an Italian place in town and enjoyed an evening in their garden. We drove to Bodega Bay on Saturday and hiked along the coastline. It was great to come back and relax at this little cozy house. You won’t regret booking this rental! Thank you Evan!
This was a perfect place for a long weekend - convenient to wineries in the Sonoma area and all kinds of dining opportunities, and yet so quiet and peaceful at night. We loved it!
This gem is located in the hills of Santa Rosa. Just minutes from downtown and amazing winerys. My wife and i celebrated our anniversary and could not be more happy with our trip. Perfect place for two. Very clean and variety of places on the property to sit, talk and enjoy some drinks. We will be coming back.
We enjoyed our brief visit to this cottage, and locating it and getting in were nice and easy. My only suggestion would be to clean the cobwebs a bit, but I realize out in the country spiders do like to be creative!
The bed was comfortable, and the bottle of wine was a sweet touch.
