Wine Country guest house

This large private studio apartment is modern and cozy.
You are next to beautiful country side while you are in the city. There is a large patio for you to relax and enjoy the beautiful wine country view. You can drive or ride your bike to Sonoma Wine Country at HWY 12 or to Russian River Brewery.
The Listing excludes Tax.
The space
The studio is a newly renovated unit with a modern and attractive studio apartment. The unit is located private lower corner of the house with separate entry and private patio.
Studio has its own bathroom, and it is well equipped with fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker... there will be no cooking facilities. Watch the low height door entrance to kitchen.
There a fast Wi-Fi system in the unit with Flat HD TV equipped with Roku device (free HBO, Netflix and so on). There is a king bed and a sofa (sofa sleeps 2 person quite comfortably) in the studio.
Guest access
Please park on the street in cul-de-sag, not in the driveway. You can walk in private driveway and 3 steps down to the studio.
Other things to note
Our listings exclude 12% local "hotel tax" for stays shorter than 30 days, this will be collected upon guest arrival.

Peaceful stay in wine country.

My wife and I had a relaxing stay at this property for a few days. It was just right for our needs and everything about it was as advertised. Great, quiet, neighborhood, easy access, very clean and comfortable. We have children and grandchildren in Santa Rosa that we were visiting so we will most likely be renting this space again in the future.

Great location

Clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower is a single stall but fine for vacation. Ceiling is low between unit and kitchenette/bathroom but that's posted and not a big deal. Lots of cute amenities set around for renters. We really enjoyed having a nice place to stay in between wineries.

Perfectly located, super cute suite. Everything was very clean and comfortable,with many added touches, such as wine, snacks and plenty of coffee. Very quiet, relaxing space for a 3 night stay near wine country.

Pretty good location for exploring Sonoma county. Host provided a few snacks, coffee (kcup) and a bottle of red wine (didn't try the wine). As others have noted, if it is hot (85) it can get a little stuffy since there's one HVAC vent. The supplied fan and the mild evenings keep it comfortable. Quiet enough the screened windows can be left open too. Great value, great place!

Perfect for our needs

Slept very well. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The sofa easily converted to a full size bed for our adult son. We brought quiche and muffins to warm up in the microwave and have with tea and coffee in the mornings. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood and the nearby park trail.

Quaint and cozy

Very cute little place, was perfect for our needs. Low ceilings were OK for my son and I, but would be rough for a tall person! It was very cool that some snacks were left out for us. Was grateful for the space heater at night! Thank you for a great stay :)

Central to wine and wood

This cute little studio was a great spot for us! We were able to explore the coast and the redwoods and also wine country! Great neighborhood and great park trail easy walk to coffee shop. Host was very responsive too!

Quick Getaway

Only a 3 night stay. Mostly we did sight seeing so we were not there much of the time. A bit on the cozy side for 2 adults. Clean, pretty. Loved the small patio, fountain and greenery. Very private. Well located for our stay.

The cottage

Our stay was pleasant,cozy and romantic. The host was a nice person, but from the picture they used to describe the outside of the place, it was some what distorted. Such as the wood finish was faded and old.

Very nice location. Safe neighborhood. Quiet. Very basic place, not a place for cooking, but has a decent size refrigerator, microwave and space to eat . It feels like a suite in a very good hotel. Good for a short stay. We just had sold our house, and needed couple of days to sort things out . It was perfect for us
