4 bedroom, 1.5 bath, full kitchen, and laundry facilities house located within walking or biking distance to the heart of Caseville. A Great view of firework festivities and break wall from the beach. The house is not directly on the water but located on water side of M-25 about 75 yards to the water with a private beach access. Spacious parking for multiple vehicles. Picnic table and gas grill available. The house has room for 9 guests and is fully furnished.

The house is a perfect getaway being close to shopping and restaurants downtown. When you don't want the hustle and bustle of town you can go back to the house to relax in front of the fire or sit on the 3 seasons porch.

Our host was very gracious answered me within minutes if I had a question really had no issues great place great location, beautiful water right behind us definitely would go here again. We went for the witches weekend, which is really nice.

Much needed vacation

This is the first time our whole family got to vacation together. Seeing our grandchildren, both under 3 yoa, playing on the beach and in the water will be a memory we will always cherish

My family loved the location of this property. We didn't have to cross the main road to get to the beach, there was a stairway to walk down to the beach. The firepit and chairs were set up on the beach. The only negative part was the small swampy part of the beach that we had to walk through to get to the water. A neighbor said that was because the water level was down right now. We loved the sunroom and Blackstone grill. This was perfect size and bedrooms for our family of 7 and would definitely consider booking again next time we go to Caseville.

Class Reunion

Had a wonderful stay. Our only suggestion would be to have more lawn chairs. We had a beautiful weekend but nowhere to sit outdoors. Otherwise, it’s an adorable cottage at a great location. We already want to come back.

Sisters annual get-away

The home comfortable and had many utensil, etc. in the kitchen. The only draw back was there wasn’t enough room in the bedrooms to put your suitcase or to place your belongings. It was a quiet neighborhood and a good location, only taking a minute to drive to the store, etc.

Wedding Stay

My friends and I rented this property for a weekend because we were in town for a wedding. We all had glowing reviews and thought the property was very clean, spacious, and guest friendly. There was tons of room and many things left in the house to do. The owners did a great job communicating and left a helpful booklet with the property rules and things to do in the area. We stayed during October so I cannot speak to this directly, but I am sure that in the summer this is an amazing spot to stay since it is right next to the lake, beach, and fire pit. Overall we were very pleased and would give the stay a 10/10!

it was lovely! i misunderstood about the views, since there is a house in front of the lake. instead of looking at the lake, you’re looking at a house. but the beach walkway is close. be careful of steep stairs.

Family Summmer Vacation Beach fun

The place was well equipped with everything you need from a rental vacation property. The place was clean, short walk to the beach, quiet. Great place to enjoy a summer family vacation. Grandpa and Grandma all the way down to twin 3 year old twins - all enjoyed our stay, Krista is great and responsive. Highly recommend for a family beach vacation.

My husband Nick and I are local resident's. We are located just outside of Caseville on our families 200 cow dairy farm. When we have time we like to enjoy our beach houses with our friends and family. We have 2 kids, Owen and Payton.

I work at our local hospital as a Physical Therapist Assistant, while my husband runs the family farm.
