Flat with panoramic view to Mont Saint Michel itself and the bay

The flat benefits from its location. Very central - though sometimes loudness in the night - and splendid view to the Atlantic coast (see title). Also close to the great Grand Cancale Trail.

Un ménage aurait pu être fait avant notre arrivée. Odeur du frigo qui sent le poisson. Fil d'araignée et poussière sur la vitre dans les escalier. Pas de sac de vidange de remplacement. Sinon, excellent emplacement près de tous les services

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer bis hin zum Mont St. Michel am Horizont. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet und gut eingerichtet, zum Wohlfühlen. Prima gelegen, nur wenige Schritte zum Kirchplatz mit Supermarkt und Boulangerie. 5 Minuten zur Badestelle des Ortes. Kinder fühlen sich im nett ausgebauten Dach wohl. Waschmaschine im Haus. Tolle Wohnung!

Le Grand Cancalais Logement bien situé, nous nous sommes balader à pied tout le week-end, idéal pour en famille, vu sur mer et mont saint Michel lorsque le temps est clair par contre le ménage laisse à désirer, cheveux dans la douche, poussière et autres par tout sur la table, trace sur les tables alors qu’avec un simple sopalin et de l’eau nous l’avons nettoyé. En gros super logement mais ménage vraiment négliger pour ma part.

Le Grand Cancalais "Logement qui correspond au descriptif. Superbe vue mer ainsi que sur le Mont St Michel par temps dégagé. Très bien situé dans Cancale. Par contre gros point négatif sur le ménage. Il nous a été facturé le prix d une nuit à savoir 60 euros et n a pas été fait avant notre arrivée : miettes et restes de café dans la cuisine, sol pas nettoyé, cheveux dans la bolde de la douche, pas mal de poussières à différents endroits. Pourtant j avais contacté l agence à ce propos car j avais lu des commentaires négatifs sur ce point. J arrivais avec un bébé donc souhaitais vraiment que le logement soit propre. L agence m avait assuré avoir tenu compte des avis et fait le nécessaire. Il n en est rien. Et au prix du ménage facturé c est honteux! Quel dommage sinon rien à redire."

Le Grand Cancalais "L'appartement est vraiment super, idéal pour un séjour en famille. Très bien placé, c'est un bon point de départ pour visiter la région et profiter de la ville. Malheureusement, suite à un problème avec la serrure du logement, l'agence n'a pas été suffisamment autonome, et a dû attendre la validation du propriétaire pour faire appel à un serrurier, ce qui a rendu le logement inaccessible durant de longue heures (trop longues pour les enfants...). Malgré cet incident, le séjour s'est très bien passé."
