Welcome to Blue Heron Beach House! This beautiful, newly renovated home is located in the heart of Anna Maria on a deep water canal with easy access to Tampa Bay . This home provides three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a bright and open kitchen, a cozy living room with high ceilings, and a spacious outdoor area for grilling and lounging. The large heated pool and spa are the perfect place to relax all year long! There is space for all in this amazing canal front home. This property is the perfect launching point for Kayaks and paddle boards. Find entertainment for the entire family with a self guided tour through Bimini Bay where you will find dolphins, manatees, and much more! You will find Anna Maria's gorgeous white sandy gulf beaches are just a short drive away! Enjoy easy access to Pine Avenue with its wonderful boutiques, restaurants, and access to the FREE Anna Maria Island Trolley!
PETS: Dogs are allowed with prior approval. Must be well trained and less than 40lbs. 2 dogs max. A $150 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet.
PARKING: 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
BOATS: Approximately 25 ft of open seawall is available to tie up a boat.
**Please note that boat lift is not available for guest use**

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.
