After a day out on your boat or riding on your jet skis, you have plenty of amenities back at this home.jet skiing or fishing! There's even a grill for outdoor cooking! This recently renovated home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms and full-size laundry area. The fully-equipped kitchen has stools along the island or dine at the six person dining room table. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, and there are two additional bedrooms, one having an ensuite as well. Kick your feet up in the spacious living room and relax after your fishing excursion. Plenty to do here at Simpatico and not far from Pine Avenue where you will find shops and dining.



All Drivers must be over the age of 21. Drivers must provide valid Driver’s License and Vehicle Insurance. To drive the golf cart, non-US driver license holders are required to pay an additional $25 per day instead of providing vehicle insurance. The golf cart $25 fee is per golf cart, not per driver. This cost covers the extra insurance required.

SeaBreeze Vacation has the most flexible cancellation policy on the Island. You are allowed to cancel your reservation up to 14 days prior to check-in to receive a refund. AMI offers a FREE trolley service every 20 minutes from 6 a.m. – 11 p.m. The trolley travels from the north end of Anna Maria Island to Coquina Beach.
