Great house, amazing closeness to the beach, loved the pool. Everything was clean and house was well equipped. Just wish the upstairs and downstairs connected from the inside and the air conditioner was very noisy, had trouble sleeping in the room with the king bed.

Amazing location, villa was perfect for what we needed. Pool was stunning and facilities were great. Only a couple of minor niggles, beach chairs had seen better days and only 2 available, could do with a couple more and there was not a hot tub as advertised, but not a big issue, we did have an issue with flooding outside the villa, which appreciate can happen with the heavy rain but was the only area not clearing through the day on the street, did mention twice to rental company but wasn't resolved whilst we were there.

Beautiful property, easy walk to Bean Point. We were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary! Unfortunately the weather did not cooperate at all! We had a lot of rain & flooding of the property. No WiFi access as it is too slow to support streaming. Bring your own movies & enjoy unplugging! We rented a golf cart, as it is easy way to get around the island. Unfortunately we could only use it 2 of the 4 days due to flooding! Also if you use the promo code sent by the rental management, you need to phone the rental request in to zoom around rather than online. They would not honor it after we did the online request. Nice pool area & fenced backyard, but the only access to the back yard is down the only entrance by stairs from the outside. Not ideal with bad weather or if you can’t do stairs.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was wonderful—it’s only a few houses away from the beach access, which made getting to and from the beach so convenient.We also really appreciated the communication from the property management company. They called a few days before check-in to let us know they were sending over the check-in information and then called the morning after we arrived to make sure we were settling in well. We’ve stayed at quite a few vacation rentals, and this was something we had never experienced before. It was such a nice personal touch!The home provided plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cart, which was incredibly convenient.There were just a couple of minor things we noticed. We found a random hair on the kitchen thermometer that wasn’t ours, and we did wish the Wi-Fi was a little more reliable. There were a few nights when we wanted to wind down and watch a movie, but it kept buffering and completely went out on our last night. Thankfully, we ended up enjoying the screened-in balcony instead and loved relaxing outdoors in the evenings!Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay at this property again! We loved the location, thoughtful amenities, and excellent communication from the property management team.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! Everything was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we could possibly need. The beach is just a few minutes away, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, which made our stay even more relaxing. The pool and the pool area were fantastic and such a nice relaxing way to cool off and still enjoy the summer heat and sun. The downstairs pool area had a mini fridge, grill, plenty of seating and a large table, fans, and TV.Everything in the house was in great working condition, including all the appliances, and the outdoor grill. There was plenty of cookware, dishes, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the large number of towels and having a washer and dryer available, plus the welcome kit that included the dish soap, kitchen wipes, and dish washer tabs.You can really tell that the hosts thought of all the little details to make guests feel comfortable. Even things like extension cords for the outlets were provided, which was incredibly convenient.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this place! Thank you for everything.

Wonderful long weekend stay! Home was very clean no issues. 5-minute walk to the beach plus having the pool was a big bonus. Plenty of room to relax both inside and outside the home. Would definitely stay again, the beach at this end of the island is great.

Awesome beach house! Everything you need. Great beds and omggeee the shower is amazing. Steps away from Bean Point beach absolutely gorgeous. We had an electrical issue that was handled so quickly. Excellent location, comfortable beds and very clean. Our rep, David, was quick to respond to all inquiries. Check-in details were made available in a reasonable amount of time. The rental was as promised online, and we were within minutes of walking to the beach! We will be coming back to Anna Maria Island (for the BEST fish, cheesecake, pizza, and Dunkin Donuts coffee), and we will be looking to stay at this residence again.

Fun stay!

Was a great property with close access to the public beach. Only comment was that to access the pool, you had to go out the main entrance above the garage and go outside through the gated backyard rather than direct access from inside the house. Loved all the decor, comfortable beds and oversized bathrooms!

Close to the beach

This house was in the perfect location for us- just a short 1/2 block to the beach, and in a quieter part of the island. Pine Ave distance was walkable, but we also got bikes for 2 days. Love the other options for free transportation on the island as well (golf cart shuttles). The house had very spacious bedrooms and master bath. Loved sitting out on the decks with coffee in the morning. Pool area was amazing- just wish we would have had a little warmer weather! Restaurants we went to (that were all amazing) Waterfront (favorite), Sandbar, Ugly Grouper, Rod and Reel, Poppos, North Shore. Would definitely rent again!

Perfect rental for 2 couples

First time visiting the island for my sister and I, and our husbands, and we are very pleased with our location. The house is exactly as in the pictures show. It is a proper home away from home. The owner has provided more than enough kitchen ware, towels ( bath and beach), outdoor seating and beach chairs / umbrellas/ trolleys etc. The pool was a perfect temperature and the outdoor cabana area was ideal and used everyday for relaxing outside. The house is just minutes walk from bean point and also from the rod and reel. Both ideal locations on lazy sunny days. Also walking distance to Pine street. I would not hesitate to book this house again for the 4 of us. Although it looks like our next trip will be for 8, so we will need more bedrooms. The only slight negative is the lack of household cleaning equipment/ products . We have rented many many houses across America and have never before had such a situation where there are no basics ie trash bags , dish soap, cleaning cloths / sprays. I believe this is due to the rental management company. We did visit the island dollar store to stock up on necessities, so it’s not the end of the world and did not detract from a wonderful stay.

If you need a larger home for your next visit, we are happy to help you with that. Like most other rental companies on the island, we furnish a starter supply of consumable products for the home such as trash bags, paper towels, liquid dish soap, bar soap, etc. We find that the majority of our guests prefer to “start fresh” with their own choice of products instead of going into a home with partially used left-over supplies. We’re glad you enjoyed the home so much and we hope we’ll see you again in the near future.
