Charming house with swimming pool, La Calanque will be the ideal place for your stay with family or friends in the heart of the Phocaean City. From the calanques to the historical monuments, passing by the parks and the works of art, everyone will find his happiness! The house can accommodate up to 6 travellers, and is composed of 3 beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bright living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy the private swimming pool and the garden, which will ensure an unforgettable stay! Sheets and towels provided, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation
The house of 170 m² on two floors, is presented as follows:

Day area on the ground floor:
- Living room with a corner sofa, TV, dining table for 4 guests.
- Separate fully equipped kitchen: oven, dishwasher, hob, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and cutlery, tableware for 3 guests...
- Cellar adjoining the kitchen, equipped with a washing machine.
- Shower room with shower.
- Separate WC.

Night space on the first floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and air conditioning
- Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 cm x 190 cm) and air conditioning
- Bedroom 3: a single bed, a single folding bed and air conditioning
- Bathroom with bath.
- Separate WC.

Outside :
- Private swimming pool of 30 m² accessible all year round. The pool is not heated. Deckchairs are at your disposal.
- Terrace with garden furniture, the ideal place to enjoy a good meal with family or friends, under the sun of Marseille!
- The garden is made of artificial grass and covers 400 m².

The neighbourhood
The house is located in a pleasant and quiet area. You will have access in 5 minutes to many shops and restaurants. The Bonneveine shopping centre and the Sormiou centre are less than 5 minutes away.

Activities
Among the most famous places, the Bonne-Mère, the Corniche and the beautiful archipelagos along the coast. If you are looking for a city itinerary, we advise you to stroll around the Vieux Port or around the Place aux huiles, a very pleasant and constantly animated place. Nature lovers can stroll through the Borely Park and its garden, or walk through the streets of the Roucas Blanc district and climb the stairs that lead to the heights of the city. On the sea side, we recommend a walk in the Calanques: the Goudes district is renowned for its spectacular panorama. History buffs can also visit the Châteaux d'If, in the Frioul archipelago, or have a drink at the Cours Julien and discover the famous artists' quarter.

Transport
- In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces closed by a manual barrier. Outside, free parking spaces are available.
- The bus passes 200 m from the house, and you have the possibility to take the metro to reach the city centre.
- Marseille Provence airport is 45 minutes away by car.
- Marseille Saint-Charles train station is 30 minutes away by car.

- Bed linen and towels are provided.
