We are a private house with a cozy 60m² apartment. We are in Kleinboden, a district in Fügen in a quiet but central location. Our apartment is equipped with 2 spacious double rooms, a cozy, fully equipped kitchen (with oven, dishwasher, dishes, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, blender, toaster, Martello coffee machine), bathroom with shower and toilet, cloakroom, balcony ( Smoking) and parking. Satellite TV in every room, WiFi and radio are available. Bed linen and towels included. Self-catering.

We are happy to provide a travel cot for small children.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Gibt fast nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr freundlich. Man wohnt über der Schwiegermutter, die auch sehr freundlich ist. Der Kontakt war einfach und schnell und die Lage sehr gut (wir hatten ein Auto dabei). Perfekt für unseren Skiurlaub. Einzig die Betten waren uns zu weich aber das ist ja Geschmacksache. Ich würde wieder kommen!

Tolle Wohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Gut gelegen fürs Skifahren in Hochfuegen oder Kaltenbach … Die Kommunikation mit FeWo-Direkt ist leider nicht optimal (Der Vermieterin wurden 2 Gäste gemeldet, wir hatten 4 (2E, 17, 15) gebucht, Das Einsehen der eigenen Buchung in der App oder im Browser endete überwiegend mit Fehlermeldungen

Sehr schöne zentrale Lage für abwechslungsreiche Wanderungen im und in Nebentäler des Zillertals. Wenn das Wetter schlecht ist, gibt es viele kulturelle oder Shopping Möglichkeiten z.B.in Schwaz. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und mit Hund hat man sich willkommen gefühlt.

Sehr netter Kontakt und Empfang und gemütliche Ferienwohnung.

Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch auf Rückfragen wurde schnell und sehr nett geantwortet. Ferienwohnung ist super ausgestattet und gemütlich. Falls wir mal wieder ins Zillertal Skifahren gehen, werden wir auf alle Fälle hier wieder anfragen.

Tolle Unterkunft für mittlere Ansprüche

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön gelegen und sauber. Für Selbstversorgung ist die Küche vollständig ausgestattet. Notwendige Geschäfte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die sonstige Ausstattung ist nicht luxuriös, aber für den normalen Anspruch völlig in Ordnung. Einzig die Matratzen sind schon recht durchgelegen. Die Gastgeberin ist besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man seine Urlaubspläne nicht auf den Aufenthalt in der Wohnung fokussiert (und wer würde das im schönen Zillertal wollen), dann kann ich die Unterkunft empfehlen. Ich würde wieder dort buchen.

Mooi ruim bovenappartement. Met alle luxe voor een fijn verblijf. Op 8 minuten van Kaltenbach top!

We hebben een week hier vakantie gehouden en waren zeer tevreden over het verblijf. Heel ruim en makkelijk toegankelijk. Parkeren voor de deur, plek zat. Ruime totaal uitgeruste keuken en 2 ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden(zeer belangrijk voor de nachtrust) en een lekker rustige buurt. (doodlopende straat) Geen verkeer en geen herrie snachts. Goede locatie en goede prijs. Top. Een aanrader.
