Having two bedrooms in the heart of Newport was perfect! Walking distance to everything, including a CVS and emergency room. Yes, we ended up walking to the ED and got amazing service. In and out in 45 mins!!! Very clean, nice bedrooms, and great combined kitchen, living area. If you like a nice pillow, bring your own. But an easy fix. Highly recommend
Great two bedroom apartment in Downtown Newport with a fire pit in the back, a great find.

Newport
Excellent location. Clean and spacious. Parking is challenging on weekends. Windows are old and not well sealed so heat/ac in living spaces needs improvement. Lots of hot water, very nice bathroom. Front steps steep and challenging. .
My husband, newborn son and mother stayed here for a wedding and had a great time. The location is unbeatable. We walked to all the wedding activities, shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.
Tv rarely worked. No soap for shower and no detergent for washing machine. Otherwise, enjoyable.

Great Location!
Walking distance to all the great spots in Newport. Shower and outdoor space are very nice (wood for the fire pit would have been nice). Could use some new paint in spots, particularly outside and in one of the bedrooms. Some of the window frames need to be fixed up as well. Biggest con was communication with the property manager. Asked twice about parking and never received a response. Also had issues with the door not locking and didn’t get any straightforward response or general concern from him.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property owners communicated effectively and everything was in order when we arrived. Highly recommend!

Lied about sleeping arrangements
Said there was a pullout couch available for sleeping and there was not. Disappointing to have false advertising.

Disappointing!
Pictures on the internet were not the same as the unit we were given. Steps to backyard dangerous as they were loose and falling off. "MOUSE INFESTATION" we witnessed the mice eating our packaged food on the kitchen table at 7:00 pm in the evening which caused us to leave a day earlier than expected. A refund of one day's rent should be considered for our inconvenience. I look forward to your timely response. Thank you. Jackie
Excellent location. Not fancy but clean. Kitchen needs updating but we didn’t cook. Would stay again.

Couple issues
Unfortunately the ceiling was leaking when we arrived and leaked for the entirety of the trip onto one of the beds making it unusable. The bathroom sink also did not drain during the trip. A plumber came out to look at both during our trip but the issues did not get fixed. Location is great, though.
