Perfect Location

This condo is a perfect location to walk to all of the Newport restaurants and shops. The front desk staff were super nice and we were impressed with the large size of the living room in the condo. We will definitely rent again!

Great location

Overall we were very pleased with our stay. The unit was clean & comfortable. Communication with check-in was great & accommodating. I was unaware construction was scheduled and the indoor/outdoor pool was unavailable.

Thank you for sharing with us! The construction was disclosed on our listing since January, and there were also multiple emails sent by the property to remind people. I'm not sure none of that info ever reached you, but we are glad you enjoyed your stay regardless!

Location is perfect. Condo needs a serious update. Furniture very very old and scratched up, appliances also old and used up. Large split/tear in carpeting in main room. Bathrooms need remodeled, chaulked, new toilet seats without brown worn spots. Just TOO OLD. fairly clean. Amenities were very nice. Staff nice.

The family and I had a wonderful time. It was great to have living space to spread out for the 3 nights and to be able to prepare breakfast and snacks before heading out to the festival. And when we returned, a night swim was perfect. The condo was exceptionally clean with just the right amount of activities to keep the little one occupied in the mornings.
