8 minutes from the beach is our large, bright and modern apartment. A satellite TV with HD reception / 3D-capable and home theater system with Blu-ray player can also pay with bad weather, no boredom. The bedroom has a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, coffee pad machine.
The bathroom with shower has 2 windows. In additional storage room are air conditioning as well as enough space for storing suitcases etc. An attractive garden with garden furniture invites you to relax and crickets.
Bed linen, towels, shower and beach towels and final cleaning are included in the rent.

Es hat sich vollkommen gelohnt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Check-in lief reibungslos und ungezwungen. In der Wohnung selbst wurden wir positiv überrascht. Sie ist genau wie beschrieben und ich finde sie wirkt in real noch geräumiger als auf den Bildern. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail und ,wie ich persönlich finde, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Ich kann diese Wohnung und die Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen. Gerne würde ich noch anmerken das sie auch wirklich wie ja auch annähernd beschrieben eine 1A Lage hat... auf dem weg zum wunderschönen Sandstrand ist der Kurpark ist nur ein paar Schritte von der Unterkunft entfernt. Er bietet Zahlreiche Möglichkeiten und Entdeckung. Von der seehundaufzuchtstation über ein Kinder-spiel-haus, Labyrinth und Minigolf hin zu Spielplätzen und einem Bewegungspfad. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert, und wir auch! Es ist ein wirklich wunderschöner Ort der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Wir wären gerne langer geblieben und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Große Ferienwohnung. Viel Platz für Ablage (v.a. auch im Badezimmer) und Gepäck (Abstellraum vorhanden). Sehr gut ausgestattet: u.a. Wäscheständer vorhanden, Küchenausstattung Sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeber, Gartenmitbenutzung und Planschbecken fürs Kleinkind, Kinderstuhl etc.kurze Wege zum Strand, Spielplätzen, Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Schöne grosse Ferienwohnung, mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub zur Selbstverpflegung braucht.Einziger Nachteil, bei sehr hohen Aussen Temperaturen und Sonneneinstrahlung wird es bedingt durch die Dachfenster ohne Aussenbeschattung unangenehm warm, wir hatten teilweise 32C in der Wohnung

Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und durchdacht – alles wirkt frisch, modern und sehr gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat uns die helle, freundliche Atmosphäre und die super ausgestattete Küche, in der es wirklich an nichts fehlt.Die Lage ist einfach unschlagbar: Direkt neben der Seehundstation und dem Hallenbad, mit dem Deich und dem Haus des Gastes nur fünf Gehminuten entfernt. Ideal für Familien, Naturfreunde und alle, die Norddeich entspannt erleben möchten.Wir kommen gerne wieder – eine klare Empfehlung!

Die Gastgeber sind herzlich und geben hilfreiche Tipps zur Umgebung und zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Dank der ruhigen Sackgassenlage mit fußläufig erreichbaren Spielplätzen ist die Unterkunft ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Selbst bei durchwachsenem Wetter lassen sich die kurzen Regenpausen nutzen, um schnell zum Spielplatz zu gelangen.Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in der gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Lage ist zentral und ruhig. Garage zum Abstellen von Fahrrädern ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett.

Urlaub am Meer

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön, wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles wie beschrieben und sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Wohnung ist zu empfehlen und wir kommen auch herne nochmal wieder.

Wohlfühl Oase

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße. Der Weg zum Strand führt durch den Kurpark-ein schöner Spaziergang. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Familie Wenzel sind hervorragende Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Gemütliches wohnen an der Nordsee

Diese Wohnung in Norddeich hat unsere Erwartungen in vielerlei Hinsicht übertroffen. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Gastgeber sind sehr zuvor-/ bzw. entgegenkommend. Obwohl es sich um eine Dachgeschosswohnung handelt, bietet die Wohnung viel Platz, vorallem in Bad und im Wohnzimmer. Die Einrichtung ist modern und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Bad und Küche lassen bzgl. der Armaturen und Elektrogeräte keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.
