Hello dear guests,
New for 2023:
Vinyl laminate flooring is now installed in all rooms, so there is no longer any carpet.
Two e-bikes (city bikes) are available for you in the shed. Batteries can be charged in the apartment.

New for 2022:
For the new season, I’ve purchased all-new bedroom furniture and completely replaced the flooring (wood-look vinyl laminate). The dining table and chairs are also new, and there’s now a 43-inch smart TV.
Dishwasher, comforters, and pillows. Balcony chairs, Wi-Fi, and a handcart are included, as well as 2 regular bicycles for free use.

A light-filled, spacious, and warmly furnished non-smoking apartment for up to 2 people on a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5-minute walk from the town centre with shops, restaurants, the seal sanctuary, a swimming pool, and a playground.
1,000 m / 15-minute walk along a walking path to the beach. High-quality and practical amenities! Plus, the large south-facing balcony is perfect for sunbathing or as an additional dining area.

The apartment’s location is perfect—everything is within walking distance. A walking/biking path (Strandpadd) starts right at the house, allowing you to reach the beach and all other attractions in just a few minutes.
Restaurants and shops are also located in the immediate vicinity.
The seal sanctuary, Oceanwave, and the tourist information office—perfect for kicking off your holiday—are just a 5-minute walk away.

Bed linens and towels are provided upon request for an additional 25 euros per person. So you can arrive and simply start your holiday.

Free private parking is available in front of the house.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, hat den ganzen Tag Sonne und es fehlt an nichts. Selbst ausreichend Geschirrspültabs, Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Auch die Küchenausstattung bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Balkon hat fast den ganzen Tag Sonne, bis in die Abendstunden. Die e-Bikes sind ein tolles Plus.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die nette und hilfsbereite Art bzw. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Herrn Junga. Er hat selbst abends noch mit viel Geduld telefonisch bei einem von mir selbst verschuldeten Fahrradschlüsselproblem geholfen. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal dafür.Ich würde die Wohnung jederzeit wieder anmieten.

Die Wohnung ist schön und ruhig gelegen. Es müsste mal gründlich geputzt werden (Balkon -Tischbeine und Brüstung) , Fenster (waren sehr schmutzig), Fußboden im Küchenbereich. Ansonsten war alles okay. Entfernung zum Strand ca. 1,8 km, zum Bäcker kürzer. Es gibt viel zu entdecken und wir kommen sicher nochmal nach Norddeich.

Insgesamt war alles okay. Zum oberen Schlafzimmer (Kinderzimmer) ist die Treppe sehr steil und die Stufen sind so geformt, dass es absolut nichts für kleinere Kinder ist. In der Küche war genug Geschirr und sämtliche Küchengeräte waren vorhanden. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Wohnung sehr zufrieden.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt und hat alles auf einer Etage. Es gibt zusätzlich ein grosses Kinderzimmer oben, welches aber nicht für Feriengäste ist (Grund dafür ist die etwas steile Treppe). Wenn sich Gäste aber entscheiden, separat zu nächtigen und das obere Zimmer mitzunutzen, dann ist es nicht fair, mir dies anzukreiden. Für alle neuen Gäste: bitte nur mit 2 Personen anreisen und das Schlafzimmer unten mit dem grossen Bett 1,80x200 nutzen.

Sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Alles total unkompliziert und einfach gehalten. Wohnung sauber und praktisch eingerichtet Betten sehr bequem. Küche mit allem nützlichen ausgestattet. Sehr zentral gelegen. Großes Top die 2 E Bikes. Super Preis Leistung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Es war eine super Unterkunft sehr netter Vermieter, nur zu empfehlen... Ok das Wetter war bescheiden aber da kann keiner was für... Und Norddeich ist immer eine Reise wert.

Urlaub norddeich

Die Ferienwohnung ist komfortabel eingerichtet. Es war alles sauber. Was ich kritisieren möchte ist der Parkplatz .Er war als,einziger Parkplatz nicht beschildert was zu Unstimmigkeiten geführt hat da,der Nachbar auf 2 Plätzen parkte.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Norddeich. In der Wohnung ist alles erforderliche vorhanden. Klasse sind die zwei kostenlosen E-Bikes gewesen. Einen Minuspunkt gab es für das leider sehr schlechte WLAN in der Wohnung.

Schöner Urlaub

Tolle Gegend,Wohnung mit super Lage,Fahrräder inklusive. Von der Ausstattung her alles was man braucht. Leider nicht besonders sauber. Und die Vermietungsagentur war nach Zahlubgsabwicklung auch nicht mehr wirklich erreichbar.

Bitte eventuelle Mängel direkt bei Anreise melden, dann können wir nachbessern. Und dass ich nicht erreichbar sein soll kann ich nicht nachvollziehen, Kommunikation erfolgt problemlos immer per Handy, Email oder auch whatsapp, da bin ich sehr flexibel und gut erreichbar. Es gibt keine Agentur, fewo dient nur zur Buchung und Zahlubgsabwicklung, der Kontakt ist dann direkt mit mir, also dem Eigentümer
