This recently renovated second floor apartment has been designed with great care. Join the locals and go for a run around the lake, located across the street, or take a stroll down the street and enjoy the seasonal farmers market, Christmas tree stand, and the ball diamond located at Veteran's Field. The house is located on the commuter rail train line which can be a little noisy and even rattle the house a bit, but our infant and toddler sleep right through it. Just in case, we provide a white noise machine for any sensitive sleepers! In only a 5 minute walk down the street and a 20 minute train ride into the city, you can be enjoying the sights and sounds of Boston. We do offer a large computer monitor on the desk in the bedroom along with wifi so that you can stream your own collection of shows and movies at your leisure. Additionally, we provide a fun collection of books, games, puzzles, music, and access to the great outdoors :) This is the owner’s unit of a two-family home (second floor). Each unit has its own in-unit laundry, front and back entrance, yard space, and private decks. Non-smokers only. No pets allowed. One off-street parking spot is available for your use.
