Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 (full) bathroom home on the shore of spectacular and world famous Torch Lake. 2,650 square feet of well laid out space will accommodate your family or multiple families. Sleeps up to 12 people comfortably.

Two great living areas, one with amazing views of the lake, the other used as a game room, including pool table, wii and games. Great for the kids or the unexpected rainy day.

Sleeping Arrangements:
Lower Level Bedroom: Queen size bed with sliding glass door access to lake side deck and gorgeous lake views.
Master Bedroom: Queen size bed. Huge master suite with walk in closet and on-suite master bathroom.
Bunk Room: Two Twin over Full size bunk beds that can comfortably sleep 4-6 kids.
Lake View Bedroom: Queen size bed with deck balcony overlooking Torch Lake. Bedroom access to full bathroom.
Living Room: Pull out Sofa bed.

Large deck with outdoor dining, comfortable seating surrounding fire side chat set, propane grill. Deck overlooks the lake, perfect watching Sunsets. Spacious flat grassy yard, perfect for kids and adults alike. Outdoor fire pit, ideal for campfires, s'mores, steps from private sandy beach with dock and shore station and mooring for pontoon/tritoon.
Water Toys: Four Kayaks (2 singles, 1 double, 1 kids ocean Kayak), Two Stand-up Paddleboards.

We are two families who are dear friends, rented the home during the summer of 2020, fell in love with the home, the property, the Lake and had to buy . We are excited to share the same experience we had with our renters, family and friends.

Why they chose this property

Torch Lake at 19 miles long, 2 miles wide, is one of the MOST beautiful lakes in the world. Ranked by many as a top three lake in the United States, the crystal clear Caribbean style turquoise blue waters await. The home is great for multiple families with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and perfectly laid out living space. The home, situated on the North East side of the lake, boasts magnificent sunset views and the perfect flat yard, deck and dock space to enjoy summer evenings, fall colors and winter beauty.

The perfect location for families to make lifelong memories with children, extended families and friends.

This home offers the perfect balance of great indoor and outdoor space, perfectly situated home to enjoy sunset and lake views with this sandy beachfront/waterfront/lakefront property.
