We had 6 adults and 4 kids staying at the property- the kids had fun on the rocky beach and the fire pit and blackstone grill were used every night! We had a great stay - beautiful house and the views were unmatched!
This property was beautiful inside and out. The interior was modern clean and very well done. The multiple decks and the views were incredible. The owner was very responsive and made the whole process stress free. I would definitely rent again, it was a great experience.
This home was an absolute gem! Very comfortable throughout along with a well equipped, beautiful kitchen! The view of Lake Michigan from the deck is absolutely stunning…the photos don’t do it justice. 10/10 recommend…we’ll be back!
Home is beautifully finished, clean and cozy. We had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and still enjoy each others company. The layout is fantastic and the access to the beach and outside patio areas are well thought-out. Great experience and wonderful family weekend. Thanks for a great stay!
4 adults and 4 kids between the ages of 8-10 were very comfortable in this house. We found an old surfboard on the beach that provided hours of entertainment for everyone. The hosts were very responsive and sent maintenance out when we needed a few things. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook. It was a lovely week.
AMAZING VIEWS!! Picture perfect home beautifully styled, amazing views, and plenty of space for 10 adults and is well stocked. Lake Michigan was so green/blue it was mesmerizing. We enjoyed the firepit everynight. If you like rock hunting, the beach is full of charleviox and petoskey stones! Sunsets were absolutely stunning every night. Sunrise and moon were just as pretty! Pictures just don't do it justice for how pretty it is! Over all we couldn't have asked for a better place for us 4 kids and spouses to spend time with our parents! We will definitely be coming back next year for our annual trip!
The house was beautiful!! We had 6 adults for a week’s vacation. The house had more than enough room. The beds were comfortable. There’s a nice grill although we never used it. We ate most of our meals out. It was nice sitting around on the deck or down by the fire pit. We were visited a couple mornings by a beautiful red fox. The Lake is beautiful and so peaceful. We would definitely recommend this property and would come back again!
The house, its furnishing, its contents and the layout exceeded our expectations. It felt like home. We stayed there with friends of ours along with four adult children we were always comfortable and never felt crowded. The additional upstairs living quarters was a game changer when having two families there for a good part of a week. Super place to stay would highly recommend and we would definitely stay again!
We had so much fun together on a private beach, back patio, and inside this beautiful house. We experienced amazing views and sunsets like we have never seen before! The house was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything we needed. Large kitchen island and a dining table, comfy bedrooms, outdoor fireplace, grill, and more. Tom and Renata were awesome hosts and responsive to all our questions. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an excellent vacation rental. Charlevoix town is truly beautiful, and since we have found the perfect place, we plan to vacation here very frequently. We are coming back this winter to ski in Boyne and Schuss and maybe Nub’s Nob.
This home truly is a Sunset Paradise! We came to visit the surrounding area with 6 adults and 2 children. Everyone was in awe of how spacious and comfortable the bedrooms were and how every floor was freshly remodeled and decorated. We were very impressed with the interior with its beautiful view of the Bay / Lake and the large kitchen and island. The exterior was just as impressive! Not only do you have the deck right off the house, a few steps down you have a large patio with a big fire pit where the kids loved making S'Mores, and a few steps down again you had a nice little deck to sit and enjoy the sunrise/sunset! A few more steps down, the beach was rocky, but our two boys loved searching for pretty rocks and dipping their feet in their crocks in the water. They even got to swim a bit in the water. This is one of our top homes to stay in, we can't wait to visit again possibly in the Fall AND Winter seasons. Thank you to the owners for sharing this amazing home with us and making our vacation amazing. Nobody wanted to leave!
This house was not only beautiful, but just the perfect size for seven adults! you could tell it was well decorated and very new construction with all the details and extras within the house. Everyone has a good amount of space. The basement area was really nice if somebody wanted to watch TV the kitchen area was really large and the rooms were also very spacious. They provided so many bathrooms too for everyone! The loft was amazing. It was a private area with its own kitchenette and private shower that worked really well for one couple. You could walk down to beautiful beach to sit and enjoy the waves or where you can find Petoskey and Charlevoix stones. The name sunset views name says it all! magnificent sunset views for sure! There was a bonfire pit as well that we used. It was just a perfect place for us to hang out as a family as we were in town to see our daughter complete her first marathon. Many things were included like K cups and snacks already and drinks in the fridge left behind I assume. it was not in the main part of town so you would have to drive in for restaurants and mushroom house tours or stores for about 15 minutes maybe. The owners were very responsive with any messages. I would highly recommend this property to anyone!
