IT IS A 2BEDROOM CONDO ( one king size bed and one queen size bed, including a sofa bed) LOCATED IN A VERY QUIT GATED COMUNITY THAT INCLUDES A SOFA-BED,1 BATHROOM, DINNING TABLE, AC, GAS RANGE, REFRIGITATOR, TV, WIFI, NETFLIX, SWIMMING POOL, 5 MINUTES TO DOWNTOWN, 10 MINUTES TO BEACHES . There is fishing, swimming, mountains biking, walking, jogging, boating, surfing, lots of very good restaurants, a lot of night clubs and much, much more to do.

Quaint condo in the heart of Ixtapa Culture

Quaint but very clean 2 BR condo. King bed in 1 bedroom, Queen in the other. The owner was super nice and accomodating. 5 minute drive to the beach. Taxi available at entrance of complex at all times. A ton of avtivities close by. Only negative is that there was no hot water. I think the water tank outside is heated by the sun, but didn't warm it much. AM showers were a little chilly....but we managed ok...one day in the sun and it was actually refreshing.
