Cant rate this specific unit as when we arrived it was not available, rented to someone else. The original host ghosted our communication. Fortunately an excellent facility administrator was able to assist and contacted a different apartment manager. So we did have a place at this complex which was very nice. The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of.

This is my first time at this complex. I’ve always wanted to try it. The condo was great. Pictures did not do it justice. Shade all day which was great. Had a couple of hiccups but Daniel, property manager, was great. We have already booked for a month next year. Very quiet complex.

No view from unit. Water kept coming out onto the floor from a leak behind the washing machine. For 5 days we did not have any hot water for washing dishes and showering.It was very difficult to get the manager to solve the problems. The day before we left, we finally had hot water and no water coming out onto the floor

The association rules are absurd

The unit and grounds are awesome. The security walks around the pool with a clip board dying to enforce anything they don’t like. Move your chair 6 inches to get some sun…don’t you dare…not allowed. Bring a water bottle in or near the pool…unexceptable. This isn’t load loud spring breakers either. 50-80 year olds getting harassed constantly. It was shocking. The property manager Miguel was awesome. It’s the association that’s the problem.
