We are located in the beautiful, historic town of Chippawa. 1 mile from the 'brink' of Niagara Falls and 200 ft from the Niagara River. Watch the boats float by from your front porch. Niagara Park's 26 miles of bike/walking trails is literally at your door step. 5 world class golf courses in 10 miles. Newly renovated 3 bdrm house with living rm, dining rm and large games rm with pool table /gas fireplace. Walking distance to water, Tim Hortons, banks, grocery, lcbo, pharmacy and several restaurants
Boaters can enjoy the easy access and launching into the waters of Niagara, docks are 1 mile away. We have enough room in our driveway, where you can easily trailer your boat.

Both my husband and I were born and raised in this small town of Chippawa. We have watched it grow into a international destination. Many of summers growing up have we both worked in the tourist industry, as well as our four children. We know the area very well and can assist you with any questions regarding Niagara Falls and surrounding area.
Why they chose this property
You will love this property. Primarily due to its location, and of course our vacation home, which we adhere to the utmost protocol of cleanliness. Especially in these Covid times. As a retired teacher, I am hands on to ensure this is maintained.
What makes this property unique
If you are a boater, cyclist and tourist -- you will love how close we are to the trails and waterways. We have plenty of room in our driveway for two cars and a trailer.
