Carpinteria RARE Single level beach condo in prime location, no stairs. Huge deck with bar, lots of outside seating with umbrella for shade. Less than a minute walk to the sand. Condo shows like new. Super charming with new bath, farm house sink, butcher block counter tops. Shared pool and jacuzzi. Laundry room onsite. Linens and towels included. Condo has queen bed in bedroom, single bed in hall and a double futon in living room. NO SMOKING ALLOWED per Carpinteria City Ordinance 778.
