We've been vacationing in beautiful Carpinteria for many years. We take great pride in making our 'beach getaway' comfortable and relaxing, and hope our guests enjoy the same experience.

What makes this property unique

Carpinteria really is a wonderful unspoiled small town. It has a warm feel that makes you relax as soon as you arrive. We love that we can walk to everything. The beach is just steps from our condo and we enjoy walking onto the sand for an early morning jog or evening sunset walk. Excellent restaurants are just a couple blocks away and shopping is also close by. There are many places to hike, bike, and enjoy all the natural beauty Carpinteria has to offer.
