Clean & cozy, with everything we needed for our week long stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. My husband especially liked the "nook" under the stairs for reading. Minutes from the beach and town to many good restaurants and live music. Sunsets were gorgeous! Carp is a clean, quiet, and friendly town, with easy access to the freeway. Mark, the host, was very responsive, and the check - in process was seamless. I would recommend this property to a couple and a young child for an awesome stay in Carp!

We loved staying here. It had a full refrigerator, a nice living space, dining space, and the bed was very comfortable. The area was quiet, and we loved that it was 2 blocks from the beach. Mark provided all the info. needed for our relaxing vacation. We would stay here again.

We really enjoyed this smartly appointed condo, a block from the beach. Accommodations were comfortable and complete. Nice complete kitchen, the best bed ever and we loved the big thick bath towels. The condo grounds are beautifully kept. Carpinteria is a quaint yet hopping little town, great eatery selections, farmers market and shopping all within walking distance. Our hosts were most informative. We loved this place!

Wonderful location and communication

Our recent stay at Mark's property was probably the best VRBO experience we have had. The property better than listed and Mark was extra helpful with local suggestions. The area was quiet and right next to the beach and within walking distance of downtown and restaurants. It was also great to have reasonable check in and check out times. We will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Relaxing beach vacation

Excellent location to beach, town, SB. Carpinteria is a perfect winter escape to sunny days and peaceful adventures. Mark was very responsive to our questions.

Charming Carpinteria

Perfect Location

We had a fantastic stay. This condo is in the perfect location, one block to the sand and a short walk into town. The condo itself is perfect for a couple or family of 3. It has everything you need including beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. The beds are comfortable and the place is very clean. Mark was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We will definitely come back to this place.

Carpinteria Off Season Stay

My wife and I had a great week long stay at this neat and comfortable condo. Great walkable location for beach, groceries and restaurants. From beginning to end, very clear and easy to follow instructions with pictures and screen shots, good usable kitchen and bathroom, plug in fans, good WiFi, and Mark was very available for help and questions if needed.

It’s all right in the area for you. The beach, shopping, groceries, and restaurants.

Very smooth check in and check out. Property is as described. We are from Orange County and moved to the Northwest. When we return to Carpinteria, we will book again.

Quiet, comfortable, great location!

I was in Carpinteria for work and stayed in this quiet, comfortable place for three nights. It has everything you'd want, including a full kitchen. I was very happy to see there was plenty of coffee and a good coffee maker! The bed is huge with a great mattress. Great shower and water pressure too. The condo is only a block from the beach and within walking distance of all Carpinteria has to offer. The owner was responsive and I didn't have any issues getting in or checking out. I'd definitely stay here again!

Great condo by the beach

This condo is one block from the beach and is a great place to stay when in Carpinteria. It was everything that was advertised. Fully stocked kitchen, fast wifi, 2 tv's, one block from an awesome beach. Large king size bed and plenty of beach chairs, towels to use. The owner was very response to all my questions. Would definitely stay here on my next Carpinteria trip.

Carp Visit

This was a great VRBO stay. We were in town for the birth of a grandchild. We were busy with family activities surrounding that, so didn’t get to enjoy many beach activities. But it is so close to the beautiful Carp beaches! Love the location. And it was an adorable place. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits. The owner was communicative and gracious. Love this little town.

Carp by the Beach

Mark was so easy to deal with. He answered all our questions promptly and his intro packet was very helpful. We stayed there almost three weeks. On our third day, the disposal stopped working. We notified Mark and the next day it was fixed. That was how easy it was to work with him. It was a great place tostay.

Best location

My husband, 18 month old and I had a wonderful stay here. We rented bikes from a company the owner suggested and were able to ride or walk everywhere easily in town. There were beach chairs and umbrellas available. The top space was big enough for a pack & play - the only disappointment was having to bring our own. But the owner answered me immediately when I inquired about it. We will definitely be back!! Cutest little town.
