Beau séjour à la mer en hiver :)

Partis fin décembre 2024, nous souhaitions aller à la mer. Nous avons choisi ce logement pour sa proximité avec la plage et sa vue sur la mer depuis la chambre. Le logement peu isolé laisse passé le bruit de la mer ce qui est fort agréable et très reposant. Situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec parking, il y a deux ouvertures : une vers la plage directement et une autre vers les commerces. Vous êtes à deux pas des restaurants, marchés, et autres commerces. Un leclerc est pas très loin également pour faire ses courses. Nous avons pu découvrir le disc golf à mimizan, un bon moment en famille. La personne gérant cet hébergement est très accueillante et très gentille. Nous avons passé un bon moment, merci pour tout :)Seul point noir pour en avoir, l'odeur nauséabonde de la papeterie qui envahit Mimizan, on le découvre rapidement en arrivant :D Mais on s'y fait plus ou moins et ce n'est pas propre au logement, c'est tout Mimizan qui est impacté ;)

Agréable endroit, mais trop bruyant

Vue imprenable sur l'océan, petit appartement complet avec tout ce qu'il faut, ménage à voir d'un peu plus prêt cependant et draps trop usagés. Un bémol pour nous, le bruit !... Bar de plage juste devant qui se permet de mettre la musique à fond jusqu'à 2 h du matin, (basse trop prononcé), le week end et surtout 3 jours consécutifs pour le 15 août. Nous sommes au centre ville et l'isolation n'est pas top, donc assez bruyant le soir, ca peut par contre être super sympa pour des jeunes ou hors saison. A par cela, nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Mimizan et nous avons été très bien accueilli par la propriétaire.

Merci pour votre commentaire. Il est certain que le front de mer en plein été est forcément plus bruyant qu'en hors saison. la résidence est récente et elle possède du double vitrage ce qui est conforme aux constructions récentes. De plus, l'appartement a été refait à neuf et la literie ainsi que les draps l'étaient c'est pourquoi je suis surprise par votre commentaire. Le bar de la plage dont vous parlez se situe sur la place centrale de la Garluche car il n'y a aucun restaurant ni bar sous l'immeuble.
