Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette maison parfaitement adaptée à une famille de 5 personnes. Au calme et à deux pas de la plage autant que de la pinède, le lieu est fonctionnel, la cuisine très bien équipée et la terrasse très agréable. Un accueil impeccable également de la part de la Petite conciergerie qui assure l'arrivée et le départ et qui a été très à l'écoute de nos besoins. Un grand merci, je recommande cet endroit !

Vacances reposantes à Mimizan !

Nous avons passé 2 très bonnes semaines ! Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Il y a de la place, le lieu est calme et proche de la plage, la terrasse et le jardin sont à l'abris de l'extérieur, grâce à à la haie/arbres et c'est très appréciables. Nous n'avons qu'une envie, revenir !

Au top !

Nous avons passé de très chouettes vacances à Mimizan. Le logement est vraiment au top, tout est pensé du grille pain au parasol pour aller à la plage. On s y est senti vraiment bien. Merci à Carole pour l accueil et sa sympathie.

Preiswerte Unterkunft, aber bei Vollbelegung sehr eng

Alles sehr sauber und weitgehend in gutem Zustand. Die Platzverhaeltnisse im Erdgeschoss (Kueche) sind aber recht bescheiden. Fuer 2 Personen hatten wir reichlich Platz, aber bei mehr als 4 Personen wird's eng. Die Beleuchtung der Innenraeume laesst etwas zu wuenschen uebrig und die Pfannen sind ziemlich abgenutzt. Ansonsten ist die Kueche gut ausgestattet. Das Dach war undicht so dass es bei Regen reingetropft hat. Die Wohnung hat kein WiFi.

Gemütliches Häuschen, ruhig gelegen

Das Häuschen ist Teil eines Reihenhauses, mit kleinem Vorgarten (Holzterrasse mit Tisch und Holzkohlegrill, Liegestühle, Wasserschlauch zum Sand abspülen) und Parkplatz direkt davor. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, alles nötige vorhanden zum selber Kochen. Wir waren als Familie mit 4 Kindern (7-13 Jahre alt) da. Die Wohnküche ist eher klein, dafür ist im Obergeschoss genügend Platz vorhanden. Ein Elternschlafzimmer, ein Kinderzimmer mit bis zu vier Betten und nochmals zwei Betten im grossen Korridor. Bettwäsche wurde von der Vermieterin gestellt. Das Badezimmer ist klein aber ausreichend (inklusive gut funktionierender Waschmaschine). Wir haben hier zwei Wochen im Oktober verbracht. Die Nähe zum Strand (5 Gehminuten) und die ruhige Lage waren für uns optimal. Einziger Minuspunkt: die Gerüche der Papierfabrik. Es riecht aber je nach Wind nicht dauernd und nicht immer glwich stark, und man gewöhnt sich ein Stück weit daran. Das Städtchen ist im Oktober schon recht ausgestorben, grosse Shoppingtouren kann man hier nicht mehr machen. Man bekommt aber alles Notwendige im Supermarkt und kann im einen oder anderen Restaurant essen. Endreinigung kann auf Wunsch dazugebucht werden. Die Übergabe und Betreuung durch Melissa war unkompliziert, pünktlich und flexibel. Alles in allem: wunderschöne Ferien am fast leeren Strand, in gemütlichem und dennoch günstigem Haus. Dankeschön!

Very clean and nice house next to the beach

Overall I have to say is that we were very much impressed by this house. It is exceptionally clean and has really everything you need. By everything I mean really everything, NICE pans and pots, tinfoil , washing powder, dish washer, Weber grill … It has all that you have at home and not just the leftover objects like in other rented places. The house really is much nicer than on the pictures in general. We spend 16 days there with two kids and it was the perfect size for us . The house is located right next to the dunes and therefore you just have a really short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place , especially for what is charged.

Gîte très bien équipé

Le gite est superbement équipé vous trouverez tous les produits essentiels (épicé de base, huiles, produits ménager, pastille lave vaisselle etc...) et équipements (vaisselles en nombre, barbecue weber, etc..). La plage est accessible rapidement en moins de 10min. Les moins du gîte (si on est pointilleux) : - l'orientation nord avec peu de soleil - excentré du centre ville - le pin non taillé gêne et pique à chaque passage. En conclusion excellent gîte avec un bel équipement pour passer un très bon séjour en famille ou entre amis.

Super Lage, leider kleiner als gedacht

Die Lage ist unschlagbar: 5-7 Geh-Minuten zum Strand. Bäckerei und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in 1 km Umkreis, auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Randlage, daher ist der Wald 3 Geh-Minuten weg. Das Haus ist kleiner als in der Anzeige vermerkt ist. Es ist kein komplettes Haus, da man sich die untere Flächd noch mit anderen Mietern teilt (hintenraus ist ein Garten und hierzu gehört noch ein Appartement, welches die Hälfte des EG einnimmt. Das Bad war klein aber genügend Staufläche vorhanden. Wir wurden von der Schwiegermutter empfangen und es war ein sehr netter Kontakt. Wir würden das Haus weiter empfehlen, jedoch maximal an 4 Personen )ohne Kinder) wegen des Platzes im EG.

Des vacances superbes !!!

Maison géniale spacieuse et propre , tout confort , décoré avec goût , une délicate attention à notre arrivée très apprécié fleurs et pastis landais brioche locale . Commodités à proximité , plage superbe , et propriétaires très sympathiques . A refaire !!! Des vacances inoubliables !!!!

Maison très bien équipée, conforme à la description. Bon séjour malgré des problèmes de réception TV (importants: 8 jours sans). Literie impeccable, logement propre, vaste et confortable. La papeterie dégage parfois de mauvaises odeurs selon le sens du vent. Ne pas manquer: les pistes cyclables à parcourir en vélo, le lac d'Aureilhan et sa promenade fleurie, les plages magnifiques, le marché de Mimizan, et les environs. La fête de la musique a été un régal. Il y en avait pour tous les goûts. Accueil sympathique par la soeur de Mme Mazana. Merci encore pour le Pastis (gâteau local). A bientôt, ... peut être (car nous aimons changer de lieu). JM

Location parfaitement con...

Location parfaitement conforme à la description. Logement très propre, très bien équipé avec une décoration soignée et suffisamment spacieux pour 4 personnes. Logement extrêmement bien placé, à quelques pas de la mer, des pistes cyclables et de toutes les commodités. Il est possible de poser la voiture pendant tout le séjour. Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Nous sommes enchantés par notre séjour.

Lieu parfait pour passer ...

Lieu parfait pour passer des vacances. Endroits très calme. Maison parfaitement meublé avec tout les ustensiles. endroit très bien situé à proximité de la plage et du centre-ville. Propriétaire très sympathique prêt à vous aider si le besoin en est. Merci à la Famille Mazana.
