Beautiful Studio in Coral Gables near to Coconut Grove UM University, Coral Gables Hospital,
Downtown Coral Gables , Little Havana and only 20 minutes from South Beach.
The suite has a Private Patio with Hammock and grill ,ready to spend relaxed days.
What you see in the photos is exclusively PRIVATE for you is NOT SHARED ,maybe in the morning SOME days you will see me or my husband cleaning the patio, picking up trash because we are the ones who take care of cleaning .
This is a duplex house each Studio with patio and private entrance, NOT shared

Coral Gables - Miami

The suite was immaculate and very nice. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Minutes away from airport, downtown, beach, and Coral Gables. Easy drive to the Everglades. Enjoyed the patio every evening but there is a lot of traffic noise during rush hour as your at an intersection. Outside of that, a very quiet neighborhood. A sink in the “kitchen” would be nice but we knew this going in so it’s workable. There is a lot of privacy but there is a shared wall with a studio apartment. So, movements and conversations can be privy to others. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Perfect for a quick stay

The studio was clean and well kept. It was nice to have a place to park off the street. The location was close to the University and lots of restaurants and retail. We had a great stay.

This place was perfect for me traveling by myself on my motorcycle. Plenty of parking space and the owner was really friendly. The kitchenette worked fine for me for breakfast. The place is clean and has a modern look. Neighborhood is quiet and pintoresque. I felt safe coming in late night. I would recommend this place for one or two people. I had a pleasant stay.
