Lots of space and great communication with the host. He answered all my questions immediately. Although I wish there were more surfaces areas to place items on; (end tables, bedside tables on both sides). The hairdryer provided had no heat and very little power (so bring your own). I also wish handtowels/washcloths were provided; they were not. The washer/dryer were right in the unit, which was very nice. Nice quite area. Recommended!

Miami trip

Property Manager was super helpful and responsive, very much appreciated. Place was great for two couples with lots of space. Location close to many shops, stores and restaurants and exits to the major interstates. Property was nice and quiet:)

The apartment was nice and the location was good too, the only issue is that the bathrooms are a bit old and the toilets have a water leak problems

Recommend

This was the perfect place for my husband and I while visiting some friends in Miami. We were glad to be able to bring our dogs. Communication with the host was excellent. The only things that I would recommend would be to have k cups for the Keurig and laundry detergent.

Good basic lodging

This condo was inexpensively priced for basic accommodations. Everything was spotlessly clean, there was good communication with the manager. The beds were comfortable, the linens and pillows were just OK. The kitchen had only the very basics. The décor was old and tired but again, everything you need, just not fancy. The foosball table was fun. Finding a parking space near the unit was easy. If you are just looking for a basic, inexpensive place to sleep at night with kitchen facilities this is a good place.
