Conveniently located only half a mile from a supermarket shopping center. Ft. Carson is a 10 minute drive away. The World Arena (multi-purpose arena and entertainment venue) is a mile away. In the same area, you will find a Movie Theater, and a host of restaurants and shops. Less than 10 min drive to downtown.

Place was clean and spacious. Some outer building maintenance would help improve furst look, but it suited our purposes very well. Market less than 2 min. Tourist areas very close by with easy road access. View of Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak a great vista and could see from dining area. Plenty of bathrooms and living room space comfortable along with beds. Would recommend.

The location was perfect with a majestic view! We started each morning on the patio with our coffee, in awe of the mountains, then headed to different destinations - each one just a short drive away. The layout of the house was perfect for our family of five. Could not be happier with the space and the host. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Colorado Springs. Great location and comfy beds

We loved the beds! Kings Super was only a couple of minutes away. The house pretty much had everything we needed and the owner was gracious and let us check out an hour later when we were running behind. We enjoyed the view from the back patio and had fun playing some of the board games with our kids. Great place to stay to explore the Springs and we would stay here again for sure!

My wife and I currently live in Colorado Springs, and enjoy every minute of it! In the summer, you will find us boon-dock camping, rafting, tubing, fishing, and hiking. In the winter, we go skiing/snowboarding quite often. We know the state inside-out. Please don't hesitate to ask us for recommendations!

Why they chose this property

We lived here for almost 4 years after my wife purchased it. We recently settled into our forever home, and decided to run this house as a furnished rental.

Location, location, location! We are nestled just south of downtown. We are also just minutes away from the World Arena shopping center, the city's main event center/stadium. The house is 8 minutes away from The Broadmoor hotel.
