My wife and I have three young adult children and have lived here for the last 28 years in Colorado Springs. We love the quiet simplicity of these historic homes in the neighborhood, and we love the access to all of the amazing restaurants and the Broadmoor and the Cheyenne Mountain and Pikes Peak area near us
What makes this property unique
This beautiful little farmhouse built in 1891 and I’m sure it was one of the only homes in this area at the time of its building. It sits on a huge 20,000 square-foot lot with a giant backyard and two garages. It is tranquil and beautiful here!
