Welcome to Mt Baker Den, a warm and inviting corner condo tucked inside Snowater Resort near Glacier, Washington. Designed for couples, solo adventurers and small families, this recently refreshed mountain retreat offers a comfortable place to slow down, reconnect and enjoy everything the Mt. Baker area has to offer.



After a day of skiing, hiking or exploring the North Cascades, settle in beside the thermostat controlled gas fireplace, prepare dinner in the fully equipped kitchen or unwind with a movie on the Smart TV. The condo’s corner location provides additional natural light and places you within a short walk of Snowater’s clubhouses, recreation facilities and playground.

THE SPACE



The open living area is comfortable and easygoing, with a leather sofa that converts into a queen bed, a gas fireplace and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings at home.



The kitchen is equipped for everything from simple breakfasts to family dinners, while the nearby dining area creates an inviting place to gather before another day of mountain adventures.



A washer and dryer are available inside the condo, making longer stays and wet-weather adventures much easier.

THE LOCATION



Snowater Resort is surrounded by forest and the glacier fed Nooksack River, approximately 30 minutes from the Mt. Baker Ski Area. Hiking trails, river access, scenic drives and the restaurants and cafés of Glacier are all nearby.

The Neighborhood:

Mt Baker Den is located inside Snowater Resort, a private mountain condominium community set across 20 wooded acres near Glacier, Washington.



Surrounded by forest and approximately 1,000 feet of Nooksack River frontage, Snowater offers a peaceful setting where guests can walk along the river, explore forested paths and enjoy fresh mountain air just outside the condo.



The community’s extensive shared amenities make it especially appealing for couples and families. Guests have access to two heated indoor pools, hot tubs, a sauna, fitness room, game rooms, indoor and outdoor sports courts, playgrounds, picnic areas and gathering spaces.



Snowater is approximately 30 minutes from the Mt. Baker Ski Area and close to some of the region’s best hiking, snowshoeing, scenic drives and outdoor recreation. The small community of Glacier is just minutes away, with local restaurants, cafés and seasonal services.



It is the perfect year round basecamp for exploring Mt. Baker and the North Cascades, with plenty to enjoy even when you decide to stay close to home.



Other Things to Note:

INTERNET AND CELL SERVICE



The condo has DSL WiFi, generally ranging from approximately 1–5 Mbps. It is suitable for basic browsing and light streaming, but speeds may slow when several devices are connected.



Both Snowater clubhouses offer high speed Starlink internet during posted operating hours. Cell service can be limited throughout Glacier and the surrounding mountain communities.



Because this is a rural mountain area, internet and utility service may occasionally be affected by storms, weather, power outages or regional service interruptions.



ADDITIONAL GUESTS AND SLEEPER SOFA



The standard rate is based on two guests. Guests three and four are charged $25 per person, per night for use of the queen sleeper sofa and bedding.



Please include the correct number of guests in the reservation and let us know in advance when the sleeper sofa will be needed so bedding can be prepared.



RESORT AMENITIES



Snowater’s pools, hot tubs, recreation buildings and other shared facilities are managed by the community association. Hours and availability are subject to association rules, scheduled maintenance or occasional closures.



RENTAL AGREEMENT



Luxury Getaways requires a valid email address and a completed guest rental agreement after booking. The agreement will be sent electronically and must be completed before arrival.



PETS



Pets are not permitted in this condominium.



FAMILIES



A pack-and-play and highchair may be available upon advance request.



EV CHARGING



Snowater currently offers four shared EV chargers for owners and guests. Charging is approximately $10 per session and must be arranged directly with the Snowater office. Availability is not guaranteed.
