PENTHOUSE VISTA PANORAMICA: The private residential building EUREKA is known in the area as a luxury residence. It is located right in the center of Cala Millor, directly at the northern end of the long beach. It was built very high, is very quiet and well maintained and has 4 floors, elevator available. The apartment has since 2018 by the tourism authority a license for holiday rentals and meets all requirements. The apartment has its own car parking in the garage, which is available to tenants free of charge and is directly accessible by lift from the apartment! The apartment on the top floor to the highest standard has 115 m² living space, divided into entrance hall, living / dining room, kitchen, utility room, further distribution corridor, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single and 2 full bathrooms. Living room sofa as a bed for one. 6 Person. These include 70 m² private, open terrace in the same plane directly onto the beach, with full sea view, and another 50 m² private roof terrace, accessed by spiral staircase, with a 360 ° panoramic view. The orientation of the apartment is south-east, the terrace gets sun from morning until late afternoon!
All bedrooms and a bathroom are located directly to the sea and also have great sea views.

For the terraces is a round table with chairs, a lounge table and -sofa, and 4 sunbeds with cushions available. Two large awnings provide for a large surface shade.
