This comfortable fully equipped apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Cala Millor, in only 100 m from the sea and the jetty, surrounded by smaller residential complexes and bungalows, 15 minutes from Cala Bona harbour. It´s a spacious and bright acomodation which makes up the entire second floor of a 6-family-house with 3 terraces and nice sea- and town-views.
The apartment offers 90 square meters of living space plus 60 square meters of terraces: 2 on the sunny front side, the large one with morning and afternoon sun, at the rear.
With only a short walk to Cala Millor beach (150 m), there are plenty of restaurants, shops and boutiques within easy reach (100 m), bus-stops and a public parking (free of charge) in around 300 m.
New Aldi Supermarket is located in 300 m distance, Lidl, Mercadona and others in approx. 1.5 km.
The apartment, equipped with air conditioning (3 devices, cool and warm air) and SAT + Cable TV is also offered for long-term rental in the winter months.

A home from home

My sister and I are twins in our 70s. We have just spent 10 nights in the apartment and would thoroughly recommend it. It was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect for every type of activity. There are supermarkets close by which are very well stocked. We preferred Eroski which is only a few minutes away. We really enjoy walking and walked to San Servera, which is a lovely old town, and along the coast to S’illot. Walking and cycling tracks are shown on local maps. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have booked again for May next year. Alexandra was the perfect host and dealt quickly with any questions we had.

Wonderful apartment located minutes from the beach. Plenty of space in the apartment and the terraces are just fantastic. The large terrace has views of the sea and is good for privacy. The terrace has the sun all day, but also plenty of shade too. The apartment was very clean with all the amenities you may need for your stay. Fully equipped kitchen. Two bathrooms is a great facility. We enjoyed our stay and will be returning when we are in Majorca again. The location is on a quiet street just a minute or so from the beach. It is close to lots of supermarkets, with Aldi and Lidl close by. The beach does get very busy, but the terrace is an excellent place if you don't want to battle with finding a space. Plenty of restaurants, shops, pharmacy and bars all within walking distance. The apartment is on the second floor, and stairs is the access, no lift. Excellent communication with Alexandra and her family support during check in and out. Highly recommend this apartment for a very lovely relaxing stay with so much space inside and out! Enjoy!

Schöne Wohnung nur ein paar Schritte von der Strandpromenade entfernt

Wir wurden von der Vermieterin Alexandra sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung entsprach genau unseren Erwartungen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die ideale Lage.Strand und Strandpromenade, Fußgängerzone, Restaurants, Bäcker, Supermärkte etc. befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Super Familienurlaub

Sehr zu empfehlen ist die Nähe zum Meer. Nur drei Minuten zu Fuß, Aldi und Eroski sind um die Ecke. Zwei SZ sind für Familien gut, nur mit dem Parkplatz vor der Tür muss man Glück haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Großartig ausgestattete Wohnung in bester Lage

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie war dahingehend bestens ausgestattet. Es gab einen Hochstuhl, Spielzeug, Bücher auf verschiedenen Sprachen, Kinder Besteck und Teller etc. Auch Literatur für Erwachsene, sowie eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche gehören dazu. Auch Handtücher gab es mehr als genug, sodass man nie nasse oder sandige Handtücher benutzen musste. Wäsche waschen ging dort auch super inklusive Wäsche Reck. Der Balkon mit Blickrichtung Osten/Meer ist ein großes Plus dieser Wohnung. Frühstücken mit Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer! Gleichzeitig kann man zu jeder anderen Tageszeit dort im Schatten essen/liegen. Falls man aber doch Sonne möchte, geht man auf einen der 2 Südbalkone. Unser einziges Manko waren die Betten. Die Matratzen waren nicht so bequem, weswegen vor allem das einschlafen immer mal schwer fiel. Aber man hätte sicher auch auf die Couch ausweichen können, die war wirklich sehr bequem und riesig. Die Lage der Wohnung ist auch ein ganz großer Zugewinn, Meer, Restaurants und Supermärkte waren alle fußläufig bequem erreichbar. Klare Empfehlung für diese Wohnung, wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Wir durften 7 Tage die Wohnung genießen und sind rundherum zufrieden. Wir wurden super nett von der Besitzerin empfangen! Einzig die Parkplatzsituation ist nicht so schön, aber das ist ein generelles Problem in dieser Gegend.

Hier kann man eine sehr schöne Zeit verbringen

Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut zentral gelegen. In weniger als 5 min ist man am Wasser und auch an der Promenade. Die Wohnung liegt trotz der Nähe zur Promenade sehr ruhig. Der Zuschnitt der WG ist sehr gefällig und bietet auch mehreren Urlaubern ausreichend Platz. Die Wohnung ist auch mit allem was man benötigt gut ausgestattet. Auch die Betreuung war sehr angenehm durch Frau Alexandra....
