Had a great time staying here, it's a very clean sweet apartment that felt safe. It's a little walk away from the beach and shops and you have Lidl 15 mins walk away. I found the additional cleaning fee a bit high and didn't pick it up on booking otherwise all good :)

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location! Just a short walk to the ocean and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants and stores. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Stefanie was an awesome host—very responsive, helpful, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Host, Fantastic Property

The location is perfect- close to the beach, grocery store, restaurants, shops. The property had everything we needed from kitchenware to a washing machine and Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay and provided recommendations on things to do and see in Mallorca. Clean, quiet, peaceful and Stefanie is lovely!

New Years' Eve in Cala Millor

We had a very pleasant holiday of about 12 days. The apartment is cosy and clean and offers all the furniture for such long stays: AC, Washing machine, coffee machine, microwave... We have nothing to complain about and would strongly recommend the place. The owner was very welcoming and available for any needs. Moreover, it is a perfect place to enjoy the sea (just 30 metres walk) or the area around Artà for us was the most beautiful from a naturalistic point of view.

Better options for the price

Host had us drive to her work to pickup Keys. There are fees outside of the app. No beach towels. Some lights didn’t work. Good location near beach but walls are thin and neighbors are loud.

Es tut mir sehr leid, dass sie sich nicht wohl gefühlt haben in unserer Wohnung. Um auf ihre Mängel einzugehen: Wenn die Anreise außerhalb der üblichen Zeit ist kann es dazu kommen das Kunden den Schlüssel von meiner Arbeitsstelle ( 2min vom Objekt entfernt) abholen. Bisher war dies nie ein Problem. Zumal Sie auch mit einem Mietwagen und nicht zu Fuß angereist sind. Das Sie eine Kurtaxe und eine Endreinigung bezahlen ist in der Annonce aufgeführt. Und wussten Sie auch im vornherein. Vielleicht haben Sie nicht richtig gelesen?! Die Ausstattung ist auch komplett inseriert und gibt nicht an das Strandtücher zur Verfügung gestellt werden. In der Whg funktionieren alle Lichter sowie elektronischen Geräte einwandfrei . Auf Grund Ihrer schlechten Bewertung muss ich leider annehmen, dass Sie sich auf den vorherigen Kontakt beziehen und uns deshalb auf diesem Wege negativ schaden möchten. Ich hatte Ihnen im Vorfeld zugestanden zu stornieren, sollten Sie mit der zusätzlich Zahlung vor Ort nicht einverstanden sein. Schade, dass Sie dies nicht getan haben. Die Bewertungen unser Gäste zeigt hoffentlich, dass es sich hier um eine öffentliche Schädigung handelt. Schade!

Von Buchung bis zur Schlüsselrückgabe lief alles reibungslos und zufriedenstellend an. Stefanie ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin und geht völlig unkompliziert auf Wünsche und Bedürfnisse ein. Anfragen macht sie möglich, dort wo es möglich ist und hat immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hervorragend ausgestattet. Klima top! Die Lage (2min bis zum Sandstrand und 1min zum Einkaufsmeile) ist perfekt! Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Danke Stefanie!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Cala Millor.Die Lage ist perfekt-der Strand ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt und auch Restaurant sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind schnell zu erreichen.Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet,was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht.Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an die Stefani.Sie war unglaublich freundlich,hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar.Man hat sich von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt.Wir können diese Ferienwohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Von uns (Vater und Sohn auf Roadtrip durch Mallorca) 6 Sterne! 1A in puncto Sauberkeit, ein sehr gut geschnittenes Appartment mit großzügig Platz für 2 Erw. 2 Kinder, und einer besseren Ausstattung wie vergleichbare Ferienwohnungen an der Ostsee. Und noch viel besser: Die Gastgeberin hat gleich von Anfang an für einen guten Kontakt gesorgt und uns mit Tipps und Beschreibungen hilfreich zur Seite gestanden. Wir haben sie als äußerst freundliche und liebenswerte Person mit einem großen Herzen, vor allem für Kinder, kennen gelernt. DAS Highlight unter allen Unterkünften unsrer Rundreise durch Mallorca.

Ein traumhafter Aufenthalt in Cala Millor!

Die Ferienwohnung war einfach perfekt – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Nähe zum Strand – in wenigen Minuten ist man direkt am Meer. Auch Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreichbar. Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Bietet alles was man braucht

Wir waren zu 2. Eine Woche dort und hatten die Wohnung im EG. Stefanie ist eine super Gastgeberin und hat für alle Wetterlagen und Wünsche passende Tipps für einen noch gelungenen Urlaub parat. Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Cala Millor und bietet alles was man für eine Woche Urlaub braucht. Einen kleiner negativpunkt für uns war allerdings die Heizung/Klimaanlage des Nachbarhauses. Diese war sehr laut und irgendetwas vibrierte bei der Anlage mit, was wiederum sehr im schlafzimmmer wiederhallte.

Stefanie ist eine super nette und sympathische Gastgeberin, die bei Fragen immer sofort geantwortet hat. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderbar sauber. Vor allem über die Dusche habe ich sehr gefreut, da Sauberkeit im Bad für mich ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Das Internet lief gut für den Privatverbrauch. Für eine Workation zu zweit mit Videocalls empfehle ich jedoch noch einen zusätzlichen Hotspot. Viele Dank. da
