The house has two floors where you can enjoy your vacation.
At the entry level, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a guest bathroom, and a large, well-equipped kitchen with access to the bright and cozy living room. The entire length of the house faces the sea. In summer, open the large windows of the kitchen and living room and you will have the sound of the sea in the house. On the 60 m2 terrace on this slightly elevated level, you can enjoy delicious meals and watch the yachts pass by. Even on hot days, a pleasant wind blows here.
On the ground floor of the house, there are 4 more bedrooms, three with access to the terrace on this floor and one with an en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom is also on this floor.
Perfect for winter, there is a large common room with a fireplace and a Mallorcan stove.
The 120 m2 terrace is partially covered, has a dining table, a sunbathing area with loungers, and a ping pong table to spend afternoons playing by the sea.
The sea is so close that you only have to go down a few flights of stairs and cross the brick pier to enjoy the water of Mallorca.
The single-family house is located in a very quiet area, but only 1 km from the port of Alcudia with all its shops and restaurants.

The house was very well equipped and the living quarters on the back gallery because our central base all week! Spectacular sunrises while we ate breakfast
Frankly, the house was close to perfect. Access to the garage should be compulsory because the electric box was there

Tolle Sicht aufs Meer
Das Ferienhaus liegt in ruhiger Lage (etwas außerhalb vom touristischen Zentrum Alcudias) und man hat eine tolle Sicht aufs Meer. Man kann aber problemlos ins Zentrum laufen, wenn man mag. Wir haben abends häufig einen Spaziergang in Richtung Alcudia Hafen gemacht, um noch etwas zu essen oder auch nur zu trinken.
Das Haus selber ist prima ausgestattet und lässt nichts vermissen. Das Herzstück der Unterkunft die große, stilvolle Terrasse zum Meer. Hier lässt es sich absolut entspannen mit einen guten Buch oder auch einfach nur faul in der Sonne dösend.
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in allem: top Empfehlung und jederzeit wieder!!!

Ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten + grandiose Lage
Für unseren Urlaub mit 10 Personen bot das Haus sehr viel Platz und ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Es hat eine absolut grandiose Lage direkt am Wasser. Der Ausblick ist einfach umwerfend! Ausgestattet ist das Haus sehr geschmackvoll und komfortabel. In der Küche fanden wir alle Utensilien und Gerätschaften vor, die wir zur Selbstverpflegung benötigten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.
