Excellent!

This is a beautiful villa, prefect location. Pool and tennis court were just perfect. The villa is very well equipped with everything you could need.Check in and out was very easy. Short drive to supermarkets, we ate out in Playa Du Muro, as we love this area, again short drive. Hosts even gave us some fresh tomatoes which were delicious. Definitely be back! Wonderful holiday

great place to stay

Lovely villa with everything you could need with easy access to shops and restaurants, a car is essential due to location but well worth it, only slight down side is it has roads on two sides although they are small local roads you do get traffic noise but only very occasionally

Family fun in the sun

What a fabulous villa in a great location. Pool and outside facilities were amazing. Yes the house is a little dated but honestly we only cooked and slept in it. Highly recommend the villa and the company. Had an issue with the pool and was sorted the next day. Would benefit from more baby equipment- crockery and cutlery Tiles on the veranda are very slippy when wet so some mats would be a great idea

Fabulous Family Holiday

We stayed here with our four children ranging from 4 to 15 and couldn’t have enjoyed our week more. The villa was clean and well equipped, the outside space catered for all our needs from playing in the pool, eating alfresco and enjoying the tennis courts and table tennis. You need a car but it’s only a short drive to Pollença and Puerto Pollença which are both picturesque places. We highly recommend this beautiful spot!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely property. Such a lovely layout and plenty of space. Nice and private. Pool, jacuzzi and tennis court all very well used by our family of 6. An easy drive to the supermarket and Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. Very lovely, quick, friendly and helpful communication from Ideal Property Mallorca and the owner. We hope to return!

Easy week in Pollenca

We had a great week at this villa. You definitely need a car but pollensa and puerto pollensa are both quick trips. We had a wonderful time visiting the farmers market in pollensa (sundays) as well as Cala St Vincent (make dinner reservations for places on the beach in advance), and a sail on the “Tina” stopping at different spots around the coast (captain Leigh was excellent). The drive to formentor is not for the faint hearted but totally worth it. Would also recommend Chef Rob at private pollensa chefs who made us a wonderful locally sourced dinner and for a leisurely lunch Es Guixx is a must! The watering hole there will cool you down. There’s no welcome packet or suggestions provided in the villa so I hope this helps anyone thinking of renting this villa.

Good but issues need to be addressed.

Arrived at villa and we were Impressed with the outdoor space which was very good. However outside lights at night did not work. We didn’t address this with the owner. Hot water was an issue in the villa and this was addressed by the owner and we were told to have a quick shower. As described by Home Away Villa slept 6 but in our opinion the shower facility was in adequate and only capable for a family of four if not less.. No member of the family was having a long shower so in our opinion hot water supply was inadequate. Also we were told by the owner shower door did not close properly so a towel was needed to keep the water from over flowing onto main bathroom floor. A mop was needed after every shower to prevent slips and water going everywhere. We stayed 11 days and there was no towel or linen change however we did have a washing machine but paying the price that we did we expected a linen and a towel change. We also felt that the Villa was inadequately cleaned and we felt that the cutlery and glass needed to be washed prior to first usage. Previous Villas were supplied by a small welcome pack and this was not the case in this rented property. This was not a major problem but a welcome arrival after a long flight and car hire which would have been welcomed by the family. Looks good on paper but we will not return.

Wonderful villa

Stayed Aug 2018. We were a family of 6 having 2 - 18 and 2 - 15 yr olds with us and It was perfect for everything we needed. Beautiful villa with good size pool lovely jacuzzi and to have the tennis court, basketball and table tennis was great and all of the pool and sporting equipment is provided. There is a fusball table but we didn’t use that it is very old and does not work properly I think that needs to be replaced with either a new one or a pool table we all thought would be ideal. We used the bbq twice but we ate out in port de pollenca the other 5 nights so many lovely restaurants and bars. With regards to where the villa is ideally you do need a car but being a family of 6 a minivan (needed a 9 seater for 6 people and 6 suitcases) would have cost us nearly a £1000 + insurance and also we are on holiday to relax and have a drink when you want so we opted to use taxis throughout. Does restrict you a bit for things like popping to the shops but we coped. Only day getting a taxi was an issue was the Saturday they are so busy so we stayed at villa all day having lots of fun in the pool etc thankfully we was well stocked up with food and drink but waited 2 hours for a taxi in the evening. So if you are a party of 5/6 who like us want to fully relax maybe hire just a little runaround for popping to shops. Using taxis all week worked out half the price of hiring a 9 seater. We used taxi pollenca and give the address of villa Es Moli on the cami de can seguinot entrance nearest port de pollenca. One bar you must go to is the Lemon bar set out over the water Lovely drinks and live music every night. We always went to Alcúdia Beach 20 min taxi ride roughly €25 each way but so worth it to be on a beautiful huge sandy beach with crystal clear water could have been on a Caribbean beach. All in all we had a fabulous holiday at this stunning villa.

Super Finca für unser Tennistraining

wir haben die Finca und vor allem den Tennisplatz genutzt um ein kleines Trainingslager abzuhalten. Das hat wunderbar funktioniert und auf unsere Wünsche und Anliegen wurde immer sehr schnell reagiert. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Finca selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Der Tennisplatz hat nicht ganz die richtigen Maße (1,60m kürzer als Standard), darauf sollte an einer Stelle hingewiesen werden. Bei Aufenthalten in "kälteren" Monaten (wie bei uns) sollte auf die Möglichkeiten zur Beheizung hingewiesen werden.

So idyllisch, besser geht es nicht!

Die Finka ist genauso wie auf den Fotos, alles ist blitzsauber und es ist alles nötige vorhanden, sogar 2 riesengroße Kühlschränke mit Gefrierraum. Sie liegt in einer Siedlung umsäumt von Finkas und es ist absolut ruhig, wenn es einem nicht stört das mal irgendwo ein Hahn kräht oder die Schafe auf der Wiese nebenan ihre "Mäh" Rufe abgeben. Man spürt die Natur förmlich, es ist so idyllisch! Wir waren im April da und haben am ersten Tag kurz die Klimaanlage aufgedreht um den Raum zu heizen. Sie funktioniert einwandfrei und ist absolut sauber. Alles ist wunderbar in Ordnung und liebevoll gestaltet. Für die Freizeitaktivitäten stehen Tennisschläger, Tischtennisschläger und noch andere Utensilien zur Verfügung. Das Pool kann man beleuchten und der Tennisplatz ist mit Flutlicht ausgestattet. Ich kann eine absolute Empfehlung aussprechen und wir kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Haus mit tollem Pool

Wir waren mit der Familie da und hatten super viel Spaß. Was toll ist, dass für den Pool verschiedene Spielsachen vor Ort sind, dass Schläger und Bälle vor Ort sind und man direkt mit vielen Aktivitäten starten kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir waren Mitte bis Ende März mit 3 Kindern hier im Urlaub. Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen und am Morgen wird man vom Hahn und Truthahn geweckt, nebenan grasen Schafe. Also Bauenhof auf spanisch. Es ist alles da, was benötigt wird um selbst zu Kochen und Grillen. Von der Terasse und dem Pool aus hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Berge, leider war die Zufahrt über Pollenca um in die Berge von 8-16 Uhr gesperrt. Das hat uns die Wege länger gemacht. Zum Einkaufen sind es mit dem Auto zum Lidl und Eroski gerade mal 5 Minuten. Der Vermieter war bei Ankunft und Abreise selbst vor Ort und über IPM wurde in der Mitte des Urlaubs sogar nachgefragt ob ein Bettwäschewechsel stattfinden soll. Wir kommen hoffentlich bald wieder, Ein paar Reparaturen im Außenbereich wären nötigt( gerissene Fugen um die Baumgegrenzung oder bröckelnder Putz) und am Tennisplatz die Seiten-Netze erneuert werden. Das ist der Eindruck wie die Bilder versprechen.

Schöne Finca in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren schon das 2. Mal in dieser Finca. Pool war Ende Oktober noch warm, Tennis konnte auch abends bei kühleren Temperaturen gut genutzt werden (Flutlicht!). Alles sehr sauber, nur etwas muffiger Geruch im Haus. Vermieter war sehr nett und hat die bei Abreise vergessene Geldbörse nach Deutschland geschickt. Danke !

Alles war sehr sauber als wir angekommen sind. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Ich finde die Kurtaxe sollte besser beschrieben werden.

Beautiful villa

Just got back from this delightful villa from a weeks stay. Everything you want from a villa (and more). Really nice grounds in the countryside so car is a must. We had our 2 daughters 11/12yrs old and literally didn't hear them complain once as there was so much for them to do at the villa (pool/tennis/basketball/table tennis). In the evening there was a BBQ which is basic but does what its meant to do, plus the is absolutely everything needed as regards to appliances. The supermarket is a 5 minute drive and the closest harbour was 10 minutes which has a full range of bars, restaurants and shops. Overall this is a proper old style villa with plenty to do, i would definitely recommend this villa to anyone. Very quiet surroundings with a field of farm animals next door which was also very cool. Thanks so much we had fantastic holiday and we WILL be returning.

Tolle Finca in sehr schöner Lage

Eigentlich war alles so toll, wie es in der Objektbeschreibung angegeben ist. Einziges Manko - statt der angegebenen 3 Badezimmer gab es nur 2. Wir hätten drei benötigt. Ansonsten ist das Objekt riesig groß und sehr schön.
