Located on the Champagne Tourist Route, 4 km from Nigloland, 12 km from Bar-sur-Aube, and 45 km from Troyes, this holiday rental accommodates 6–8 people and is attached to the “Chez Georges” holiday rental, allowing for combined accommodation for up to 12 people. Access to the cottage is via a pleasant veranda with patio furniture and an outdoor seating area. On the ground floor, the living area consists of a sitting area (with a sofa bed) and a dining area. A few steps lead to a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom (tub/toilet). Upstairs, you’ll find a master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a walk-in closet, a double bedroom (140x190 bed), a twin bedroom (2 beds, 90x190), and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside: a fenced-in gravel courtyard provides space to park your vehicles, host a barbecue, enjoy meals, or relax on one of the lounge chairs. Playground for children. Linens provided. Beds made; heating and electricity included; firewood (€10 per basket). Small pets are allowed free of charge (€15 per stay for large dogs). A tour of the wine cellars can be arranged upon request.
