Your vacation rental comprises on the ground floor: entrance hall, large living room with gable sea view (non-functional fireplace) beautiful fitted kitchen with dining area (chairs available), small laundry room with independent toilet access, 1 bedroom with its private bathroom (walk-in shower). Upstairs: large mezzanine converted into a games area offering sea view and serving 2 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed with TV) and (2 90x190 beds), bathroom (bathtub) and separate toilet with washbasin. Terrace of 95 m² and large plot with orchard of 2000 m². Yard for parking. Do you dream of large spaces and height? then book this beautiful stone house, very spacious, located at the foot of the famous windmill of Kerano dominating all the countryside of Lanmodez. A remarkable site! Sea view from the living room but total change of scenery from the mezzanine where you will live to the rhythm of the tides, seeing Pleubian: good moments of relaxation in perspective, a zen space to read a book! In any season, you will be charmed by the large living room and the very comfortable kitchen which imposes itself with its large wooden table and its benches! The environment is superb: from the terrace, you will see the owner's horses grazing! you enjoy the beach at 500 m. Nearby, you can taste and buy oysters at the oyster bar in the oyster farming area, with a view of Bréhat as a bonus! 12 mins walk from the small family beach of Bonne Nouvelle. 4 km from Pleubian, famous for its Talberg furrow, 14 km from Tréguier, a pretty town full of character. Let yourself be seduced by this beautiful and comfortable stone house, located on the heights of Lanmodez, 500 m from the sea! superb panorama! total disappointment!
