Cozy Patio Suite/Heart of Ogt/Perfect for Couples

Newly renovated 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite with private entrance and your own outdoor sitting area. New queen bed plus mini fridge, coffee maker and toaster oven. Unit has parking for one car. The patio suite has Adirondack chairs and an outdoor table for that morning coffee or evening beverage.
Located conveniently downtown near restaurants, shops, the Marginal way and our beautiful beach. If you are looking for convenience and privacy this is the perfect alternative to a crowed hotel.
Please note:
1. No Smoking. We do not allow smoking anywhere in the home or on property.
2. No Pets. We do not allow pets in the home for the comfort of all our guests due to potential allergies.
3. Quiet Hours: We ask that guests keep their noise levels down during the late evening hours. Please be respectful of other guests on the property.

The Patio Suite is perfect for 2 people. It was spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable. The patio was perfect for sitting outside and reading. We could walk everywhere in town we wanted to go. We would definitely go back!

Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful time at this property! It was very centrally located within easy walking distance to the center of town and the beach! We especially enjoyed our evening walks on the Marginal Way to dinner in Perkins Cove! We would stay at this quiet, well kept location again!

Cute Cottage

We enjoyed our recent stay. The cottage was more private than a hotel room but had much more! Lovely decor, comfy bed, fluffy towels, coffee, snacks and bowls for breakfast. Quiet at night and a sleepy town in the morning, lots to explore by walking!

Very well-located property. Small but tidy and well-equipped. "Patio" is really a patch of driveway, but was fine for relaxed morning coffee. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this adorable cottage like room! It was clean, comfortable and had every little detail one might want or need. Lee was available and responded quickly to our questions. Checking in was easy. Onsite parking and within walking distance to beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved it and definitely choose to stay there again!

Ogunquit

We had a wonderful stay in Lee's patio suite. The suite was clean, quiet, nicely decorated and a great home base for exploring the area. We hardly used our car since everything is in walking distance. Highly recommended, thanks again Lee.

10 Year Anniversary Getaway

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. Just two nights in beautiful Ogunquit, so close to shopping and food, we barely needed the car! The unit was exactly as pictured and described, perfectly appointed for everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for two!
