Gorgeous sunrise and sunsets, outdoor BBQ and lounge chairs, outdoor seating and furniture in large paved patio. A 65" in TV in family room and three bedrooms with new smart TVs. Board games, kid skim boards, beach chairs & umbrellas, frisbees, footballs, foosball and more. Location offers so much to do. Ponce Inlet and Jetty 2 miles away (charter fishing, motor tiki rentals, picnics, historic light house, ice cream parlors, boating etc.) Pirate's Island Mini Golf and Starbucks 1.5 miles. The legendary Daytona Beach Boardwalk and Amusements 7 miles away. A perfect home for good times with family and friends.
