Your private lawns lead you down directly to the beach, local bikes rentals are available for an early morning ride or grab a coffee while you watch the sunrise, after finding your favorite spot across the ample recreational space.

This private resort court yard setting has it all to include your exclusive use of private pool, an oversized Jacuzzi, 5 bedrooms plus bonus sleeping areas and most importantly direct private access to the beach with spectacular views. Sit on your own tranquil terraced lawn down to beach while you watch for dolphins and count the number of pelicans as they fly past.
The historic1940s home means large rooms, windows and unique character. Has en-suite ADA accessible queen bedroom, accessed by a ramp. Two King bed rooms along with two twin beds with roll-aways and then additional bonus room with 2 twin futon beds. The rate is quoted for 12 person occupancy, but has room for more. Possibly sleeping 12/14 with children. Additional fee $100 for over 12 guests, depending on make up

Additional executive living quarters above the garage provides a large private apartment with king size bed, living room & kitchen with floor to ceiling window. With two sets of double patio doors that open unto 12X30 balcony with spectular views of court yard setting, pool, beach and ocean. Watch the sunrise.

There is a choice of 9 very nice restaurants within short walking distance, (The Beach Bucket, an English pub, Don Peppers, Dimitris bar & deck, They Typsy Taco, Riptides) or make use of the barbecue on site. Just 5 minutes’ drive to Daytona Beaches main entertainment area.
This has been a vacation property for over 15 years and sees the same family calling it home year after year.

REGARDING PETS: Pets are not permitted without special conditions or prior request. In the case of licensed special needs pets- They are permitted and require additional third property allergenic cleaning fee for the safety of future guest. The pet fee is a additional $250 plus the third party $620 Cleaning Fee. Additionally pet documentation /License work paper must be submitted prior to arrival with signed Guest Agreement.
